Brilliant service

I have been hunting for the perfect eternity ring , but did not know where to start, Austin Blake had so much choice ,Aaliyah was absolutely amazing , so patient and explained everything to me, she was as dazzling as the rings I tried on , thank you Austin blake, I'm excited for my Christmas gift this year

Aaliyah fantastic with bracelet purchase!

On enquiring about a tennis bracelet as a gift, Aaliyah got in touch and was extremely welcoming and helpful in our first meeting, helping me to select the style of bracelet I wanted and helping me to find the best possible quality for the budget that I had.

The item was then crafted and delivered to store much quicker than expected and Aaliyah was again on hand to present it to me and confirm receipt. The quality of product is fantastic and met all of my expectations.

Really positive experience from start to finish and would recommend Austen and Blake to anybody looking to find a quality item of jewellery and have a great customer experience along the way.

A lovely experience with very knowledgeable and helpful staff

We made an appointment at Austen and Blake as we were looking for a replacement diamond engagement ring. The staff talked us through the options available, providing us with a lot of information on cut, carat, colour, and clarity etc. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable staff are and the service we received.

Hazel & Jason - Fave Duo

Had the best experience with Austen & Blake and left with the ring of my dreams. Hazel and Jason were both so helpful when it came to designing my ring and their customer service was incredible. From their informative emails and ring updates, I was always kept in the loop. Cannot fault their service at all! Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience when purchasing a recent engagement ring. Jess specifically when I was selecting all of the elements of the ring, walking me through the website and all of the options available. The entire staff team assisted in someway or another, always being very helpful and proving as much information as possible. After-care service was great, explaining everything to my now Fiancée to ensure she can take as much care of the ring as possible. We'll certainly be revisting to get our wedding rings. Overall, I'd recommend Austen & Blake to anyone!

When I ordered the item it was for a…

When I ordered the item it was for a specific date, the shop assistant assured me this would be ok. After not hearing anything back /i had to chase up for a status report.
I kept getting fobbed off and told we are waiting for information when clearly it was not coming for the specific date.
It wasn't until 1 shop assistant and then the branch manager got involved to have the difficult conversation with me that there was an issue and it would be 4 weeks over due. Yes i wasn't happy but at least i knew. The branch manger was the only one prepared to inform me of this.

We have looked into your 2 - 4 week quoted order that was placed on the 3rd July. This was dispatched from our operational department on the 6th August and delivered and collected by you on the 9th August. This unfortunately resulted in us being 1 week over our ideal timeframe to which we do apologise about.

Your gemstones were unfortunately broken in setting resulting in a delay while sourcing new stones to match your setting measurements. This was updated to us on the 23rd July by our workshop. I believe the issue is that this was then not communicated over to yourself which is of course very frustrating as you have then had to chase us to retrieve an update.

We are saddened to hear that we disappointed you because of this and take your comments onboard about communication.

Once again we apologise for the situation and the way that you feel towards Austen and Blake. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Start to Finish to Finger....

The process of designing the item to within my spec and budget was fairly simple. Once the order was placed, confident in something special happening at the end and sure enough when the time came taken through the unboxing to be shown something very special.

Bespoke Toi Et Moi

Diamond Specialist Hannah was fabulous during the bespoke ring process. There were times I was indecisive and Hannah was so patient and understanding. She was able to source gemstones to assist us visualise the final ring. I really appreciated her expert knowledge and advice. Our Toi Et Moi arrived in Newcastle prior to our Paris Proposal and the ring exceeded our expectations. We plan to return to work with Hannah again to select our wedding rings. The Newcastle Austen and Blake team were so friendly and fun to work with. We look forward to returning again soon.
