Best customer service
I ordered a computer through these guys and was happy with the process,however I relised the next day the memory was too small. I didn't read through the options available. I rang to see if they could pull my order off the to be sent line they said b would try. Next day I got a call to say all ok. They fitted the drive is requested and i recieved it the next day. The went out of their to mke sure I was happy. The best customer service I have ever recieved. Great product, great price and the best service.

First class all the way
First class all the way. The laptop i ordered arrived as scheduled. Upon setting the laptop up i noticed that the battery wasn't holding any charge. Logged a complaint online with ease. I spoke to customer service, cannot remember his name. A solution was agreed upon, and a new battery was shipped to me within days. Couldn't ask for anything better when buying a 2nd hand laptop. Will definitely be back for another laptop or computer when i need one.

HP elite book laptop good price, excellent condition
Bought an HP elite book laptop, it was shipped fast, and arrived exactly as described at the start of March. I've been using it almost every day for Uni and have had no issues so far. Seems to be a very legitimate company, I was a little worried when buying from their store online initially, but it has been a seamless, easy, affordable experience. If you are looking for an affordable quality refurbished laptop I would definitely recommend these guys.

Great prices, excellent customer service.
The products were a good and delivery was timely. When I had an issue with one my monitors, it was very easy to arrange a replacement and return the unwanted item. Customer service was excellent and the replacement item was quickly dispatched. Very happy with the experience overall.

Longterm happy customer
