We had a wonderful experience at Autism Clinic London. Dr. Claudia and Dr. Ali was extremely kind, soft-spoken, and supportive throughout our appointment. explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable. The whole team was so helpful, caring, and professional. I am truly grateful for their generosity and dedication. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking support.

Excellent clean facilities, professional and empathetic staff. I had an appointment and was late as stuck in traffic and then couldn't find the place - staff were very understanding. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

Things were very clearly explained in a way both myself and my 10 year old son could understand. Ali quickly built a positive relationship with my son and he felt at ease doing the activities with him. Feedback given was very helpful.

I was late and missed my appointment, they were extremely kind to squeeze an appointment for us in between other appointments and made adjustments. They were very caring.

My daughter has been diagnosed last week, I'm glad i went with this clinic as I got the answers that I needed. I didn't want to wait for the nhs assessment which would take 2 years. I saw both the Dr Taylors and they both were extremely great. Very friendly and polite. They reassured me with my daughter diagnosis and answer any questions politely. Everytime they spoke to me they would stop and ask me whether I was OK as a parent it was devastating to me that my daughter is autistic. For the first time I felt as if I was being listened to and felt comfortable. I would like to say thanks to Dr rakesh Taylor for diagnosing my daughter and the Claudia for making my daughter feel comfortable for checking her for the health examination. Also alireza alidina was very incredible and made the session fun. He was very very polite and letting us know what he was doing and why he was doing it. I learnt alot from his session. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone

Very positive experience, absolutely brilliant staff with high level of expertise along with patience compassion and support. We are very grateful for a smooth assessment process for our son and to get the official diagnosis quickly and efficiently was a bonus.

I took my daughter to see her at thr clinic for her physical examination. Dr Taylor was very friendly and reassuring me about my daughter. My daughter is very fussy when it comes to getting her checked by a doctor which leads to her having meltdowns. My daughter seemed calm and happy with Dr Taylor. She was very good with my daughter and playing with her which is why my daughter felt very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to his clinic as all the staffs are very friendly and understanding.

We had been undecided for so long about going privately for some support in getting a diagnosis for our daughter and my only regret was not doing it sooner. From the very first call we had with Dr Rakesh Tailor we knew we were in good hands and knew we were in the right place to get the diagnosis and support we needed. He was amazing with our daughter and so sensitive and caring to my husband and I while navigating this process. We have now got the diagnosis we needed to move forward and it’s taken less than 4 weeks from our initial enquiry. We can’t thank the autism clinic enough for everything they have done, they were clear and honest throughout about what to expect from the process and the kindness and support to us throughout was invaluable. I cannot recommend the autism clinic enough and would encourage anyone who is unsure to go for it, you won’t regret it.

My experience has been great from start to finish.

The first call informed me of the first 2 dates and what would happen.

I was sent a text message and email to confirm, accompanied by information sheets, that I used to go through what would happen at each appointment with my daughter.

Each professional I have met, Ali and Dr Claudia Taylor were friendly, polite, respectful and took great care in explaining to both my daughter and I what was going to happen in great detail.

Ali made my daughter feel comfortable enough to take the appointment by herself.

Dr Taylor took great care in creating a rapport with my daughter, before completing the physical examination. And when my daughter did not want her tummy touched, Dr Taylor was respectful and skipped it, she did not try and convince her.

I was then contacted after the weekend to book my final appointment.

I would throughly recommend ACL to anyone, that would like to go through the process of diagnosing their child. They have made what can be very difficult for some any incredibly effortless process.

I chose Autism Clinic London for my son's ADOS assessment and overall had a very positive experience. The entire team — including the doctor, speech and language therapist, and psychologist — was professional, thorough, and kind throughout the process. Their approach helped me feel more confident in understanding and supporting my son's needs.

The only challenge I faced was locating the clinic, as I was unfamiliar with the area and could not get through on the phone while trying to find it. Clearer directions or responsive support during arrival would have been helpful.

Despite that, the assessment process itself was excellent, and I believe this clinic will be an important step in accessing the right support for my son’s condition. Thank you to the team for their care and expertise.

Was made to feel comfortable and at ease

Such a smooth experience. From booking the appointment to seeing the therapist. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

We were on the waiting list for my son with the NHS. They suggested if we wanted quicker diagnostic we can go with ACL. We are glad we did as we got our outcome quicker and it was done within a month. All 3 sessions went great, we were heard about our concern regarding our son, we were luckily to have caught it at an early age and got seen now. We knew what the outcome was but just needed it confirmed. We were also given advice on what we can do next in order to get help. Thank you ACL team for everything.

Our experience with ACL was positive. Dr Claudia Tailor explained the assessment process which made us feel at ease. She was patient when my son was having a meltdown and very helpful in calming him down.

Dr. Claudia Tailor was absolutely amazing during our visit. She was incredibly attentive and supportive with my daughter, Amelia, taking the time to truly connect with her and make her feel at ease. Dr. Tailor explained the assessment process clearly and politely, ensuring we both felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. She even spent extra time with Amelia, which made a big difference in how relaxed and confident she felt. We’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism — highly recommended!
