Multiple International Orders

I have placed multiple international orders with Auto Click UK and enjoyed excellent results. They are quick to respond to emails and always willing to help. Their international shipping is reasonable priced and fast and they carry a wide selection of plugs and connectors

Order number 504299

Order number 504299, purchased in 27th September. Waited a week, started calling, hung on phone for 45 mins everyday since then including today. No answer. Anyone there? Will email today but don’t expect a reply. Paid by PayPal, will start claim with them in a week if not heard back. I’m an Snr Engineering Manager at a very big car company in UK with a factory in Solihull. I buy a lot of automotive connectors for prototype vehicles, this stuff was ‘in stock’. This is a serious review. Hopefully I might get a reply here in a day or so.

Updated 14th Oct, had arrived when I got home from work today. So right stuff, long delay in deliver for stuff in stick but it did arrive thx

Ordered, paid, good bye

Ordered parts from Auto-Click UK on the 18.7.2022, order number 503598, and received a confirmation email the same day. Also paid my order following the instructions for international customers. The website said to expect updates within 10 days. As of today no response at all, not concerning order status, or the payment, not to my emails / reminders since then. And no delivery, the paid in money is lost. Outrageous !

Update after the company's response here on site and another 6 weeks of waiting: my review triggered below response from Auto-Click - the first sign of life in months. When I responded again saying that the parcel had never been received the company found - "all of a sudden" and after 5 months - my parcel in their warehouse, and offered a full refund IF I removed my "unfair" review from Trustpilot. I responded and said I will amend my review AFTER I receive the refund or the parcel. Never heard from them again, no refund, no parcel. So my unhappy customer review stands.

Had to order 10 of these stupid plugs (only needed 1) wrote them a message to say that I only wanted 1 and it sucked that I had to buy 10 so the morning after, I see they refunded me and then ‘kind regards’ Mike sent a one line response email with DONT BUY FROM A WHOLESALER THEN which is great, because I don’t have a choice, no where else sells this plug. So now I’m gonna go out of my way to make mikes day / week / month and bad as I can, because like Mike, I can be spiteful too.

Paid with PayPal so got my money back but no response from company at all.

I seen some bad reviews but they are the only UK retailer where I could find a certain connector so thought I'll give it a go. Waited a full week (car's MOT due very soon) and we never moved past processing. Ordered the terminals from automotiveconnectors and they arrived in 2 days from ordering and that was their standard postage service. Phoned to cancel with Auto Click, on hold for a very long time and no response. Emailed to cancel, no response. I put a claim in with PayPal to get my money back.

Pretty disappointing, I didn't expect it to arrive overnight but a full week and it's not even posted isn't acceptable when the item stock level was apparently "good"

Our order processing times (which vary) are stated clearly on our delivery page, currently 10 working days. You've supplied me with the wrong part…

You've supplied me with the wrong part the plugs are correct but the pins are completely wrong for the plug I've sent 3 emails for help with no reply and spent hours on hold on your 0800 number that no one picks up it's quite bad that I've had to come on here to try and get a reply just because I've seen that you reply to bad reviews on here I can't even contact you through your own channels
I JUST WANT THE CORRECT PART SO I CAN GET MY CAR FIXED.

Overpriced postage that arrives late…

Overpriced postage that arrives late with packaging clearly stating they've tripled postage costs and taken 3 times as long to send as paid for. Then aggressive and abusive on emails when questioned. Parts are more expensive than other places tool. Not worth bothering with. Avoid.

(EDIT after their reply below) Amazing aggressive reply too. The same as they do to all other negative criticisms and to all their eBay feedback. (See their reply below for an example of their attitude to their customers and to prove the case in point) No wonder they have such poor negative ratings from some many customers. A perfect lesson in what customer service shouldn't be.

( + Friday to Wednesday is 1 to 2 days? Time to learn some basic maths?) + It arrived Thursday, not Wednesday.

Adam, you are WITHOUT DOUBT the most unrealistic, unaccommodating, unpleasant customer we have ever had, and we have had over 300,000. 1 star to you too !!

Our advertised order processing time (on the footer of every page of our website) is stated at 5 working days, you selected 1-2 days shipping, therefor, you should not have expected delivery until 7 days (9th November) from ordering, yet we got it to you in 3 days (3rd November), for which we get a 1 star review, and abusive emails, all because the postage cost a little less than it should as you bought a single connector of no weight or size. And no, you can not get this Genuine part cheaper, another mistruth!

We explained the additional costs included in the 1-2 day shipping fee of £5.60 (Packaging/Admin/picking/package collection fee)

We offered you a full refund if you were not 100% happy

WE HAVE SENT YOU A FULL REFUND TODAY

Here is my order number

Here is my order number - 367930, placed on September 10th. Website saying it was in stock but a month on no show. If you have cancelled the order then why have I not been notified? Good luck trying to contact this company, I have tried many times and just get music (once I was waiting over an hour before hanging up). Poor customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Placed my order on 16th June

Placed my order on 16th June. And paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. I received one update on 21st June stating processing. I've sent countless emails with no response and tried calling a number of times. I'm absolutely shocked with this companies service, it's my first and last time ordering if they could deliver on what the promise they would have alot more orders but not from me. Would not recommend.

Superb range of automotive connectors

It was refreshing to find a company who were able to supply a vast range of automotive connectors, yet prepared to sell in small quantities.
Jus be prepared to be patient when ordering as many of the staff are still working from home.

Poor communication - no telephone lines!

Poor communication and no way to speak to someone! Awaiting an order that was placed on 3rd June and has been listed as "processing" since around 6th June. Surprisingly the business has closed all its phone lines and the only way to contact them is by email. I have emailed several times chasing an update but without a reply. Previously had good service from Auto Click so really disappointing. Can't see how a business can still not have a phone line working due to COVID a year into the pandemic, especially if they are as big as they say they are!

Thank you for your review, shame you couldn't find time to leave a good one for the good service to date :( but after checking I can see the order contained an item which was out of stock, so could not progress to ship, and has been fully refunded some time ago. As for the phone lines and remote working, our staff's safety is absolutely paramount and always comes first during this protracted pandemic, this has caused some issues in the past but we now have everything almost back to normal.

I ordered about 15 different…

I ordered about 15 different connectors, and I received it today completly, so I'm very happy. Deliverytime was about 2 and a half weeks.
The only thing is communication with them is a bit difficult, however with these good prices you cannot expect more.
