Poor service

Ordered connectors on 16.02.2021 for a essential services vehicle that we had in for a repair. Paid £5.60 for 1-2 day registered and insured postage. Parts still not turned up, only correspondence I have received was on day of order to say the order was being processed. Phoned numerous times and hung on for a long time each time, have e-mailed twice but had no response. Very poor service, taking money for the parts and the extra for speedy delivery that does not happen.

Further to the above review, I received the e-mail below six weeks after placing my order, which as stated was with 1 to 2 day guaranteed delivery.

Why have you instigated a chargeback when you have the goods? If you do not want them we will come collect them and refund you but don't try and scam us cheapskate.

I am not a cheapskate. The service I paid extra for was not supplied, namely 1 to 2 day guaranteed delivery. I have since received the goods but have carried out the job with parts from another more reliable supplier. As I am not a cheapskate I decided to keep the items on stock until such times that I may need them. Once again Auto Click can't be contacted as I have tried to telephone to speak to Mike. The chargeback was instigated about two weeks after not receiving the goods. The above e-mail was received six weeks after I placed the order. The parts arrived in the time between. Would definitely not recommend Auto-Click.
Having received e-mails from Mike on 06/04/2021
and having received a refund he requested when they could arrange to collect the goods. I informed him that we are open Monday to Friday 8.30 till 5.00pm and asked him to let me know who was coming to collect the goods and when they were coming. Four days later still waiting. There is not a problem with them arranging collection. If you select an item on the web site place it in the basket and proceed to checkout there is an option for 1 to 2 day delivery at no point does it mention delays due to the current situation. This statement is only there if you go looking for it under delivery times in a sub menu. It is not clear as stated in the response.

Completely disagree.

Our EXTENDED delivery times and order processing times during the Covid pandemic are very clearly set out on our website page "Delivery times" on the footer of every page, which were 14 days when you ordered, (and parts delivered within 14 days) now currently 5 days. It also states clearly during remote working during the lock-down contact by live chat or email . Further, it states "If you have a specific delivery schedule, please contact us before ordering to confirm we can accommodate it" you did not.

I do not see why you expected delivery within 1-2 days (we do not offer a guaranteed 1-2 day service as you state), this is simply the time from shipment, unless you did not read our delivery times, covid-19 update page, or terms of sale, because if you did it seems to me you got the exactly service we were advertising at the time, your money back, and the goods.

And lastly, why can we not collect the goods if you have not used them? Please tell...?

For already 4 weeks we are expecting a…

For already 4 weeks we are expecting a simple confirmation and proof they do have the offered materials in stock, so we can purchase.
However, nothing yet received. When calling them it is always a free signal and no-one ever answered the phone. Response to emails... 1 feedback in 6 days... The only excuse is the C-19 and the remote working.
Be careful when/if ordering from them!

You asked for photos of the parts, you asked for photos of the barcodes, datecodes...during lockdown and remote working, which we provided albeit taking some days for our extremely hard working warehouse team. I see from your email titan-interconnect.com/ you are a direct competitor, maybe should have included this in your review?

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.
Needed three connectors. I ordered them and paid for 2-5 days delivery.
Unfortunately, they advertise items that are not in stock.
I did not hear anything from them for over ten days and they did not reply to my emails or phone calls. Then, after more than 10 days, I got a refund of £1.5 for one connector only (which I really needed). Tried to contact them again and I was ignored once more. I requested a cancellation for the rest of the order and they ignored it and send the remaining. They keep ignoring my emails.

To be fair Adan, each product page shows its stock status just above the price, and your order was shipped within our advertised times also shown on our delivery times page, our terms state clearly if you order a part out of stock that the stock items will be sent and the non stock refunded (as in our terms of sale...which you agreed to have read and accepted at checkout) and since you have been fully refunded without the need to return the goods. You sent so many emails it nearly broke the internet, but hopefully all resolved and apologies for any missed ones.
