I have been in the customer service business for over 30 yrs. I would put Chase & James at the top of the list as far as being prompt, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Robert is a wonderful professional who will walk with you side by side in communicating with your insurance company to ensure you get the appropriate evaluation for your vehicle claim. Our insurance company grossly undervalued not 1 but 2 of our auto claims by $1900 and $3000+. Once we accepted Robert's services, he flawlessly handled any/all communication with the insurance company until the very end. There is literally no downside to their services. Highly recommended.

Imagine your parent’s totaling their new vehicle after 3 days of ownership. They are 85 and 81 years of age and are struggling to handle their own claim. The insurance provider tries to settle the claim for a thousand dollars less than they paid one week before. Robert to the rescue! He negotiated 8k more than the original settlement! Auto Claims Specialists helped with a diminished value claim on a Porsche Cayenne with over $20,000 in repair costs. The process took a while, but they were very persistent with the insurance company, resulting in a diminished value settlement that was fair to both parties.
