Highly Recommend

Best advice after and accident

I was given ACS contact information from Will at the body shop and encouraged to contact these people. Best advice I have ever had regarding inherent diminished value claim after my truck was involved in an accident. My contact was Charles. He was knowledgeable, professional and managed my claim with the insurance company. This was resolved quickly without my being involved and worth every penny for their work. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Thank you Charles and Auto Claim Specialist.

We have been with USAA for 27 Years…

We have been with USAA for 27 Years without a claim.
Auto Claim Specialists kept us Informed and Involved with each step of the process. We were quite shocked how USAA treated us when they were supposed to have our back when we needed them. Unfortunately, USAA had their best economic interest in mind. They deemed my VW R Line Convertible New Beetle a total loss without even coming out to see it in person. Due to COVID-19 they did not send their own adjusters out to look over the car and the damages.
USAA valued my car much lower than the actual value. Due to the fact that VW stopped making the New Beetle in December 2019, it isn’t even a vehicle that I could go to a VW dealership and buy again. USAA Under Valued my car Total Loss Settlement $2,353.44 or 16.1%.
USAA provided me with a loaner car, but due to COVID-19 they sent me 65 miles away (130 miles round trip twice), to pick it up, to a county with far more COVID-19 cases and deaths than my home county. That made me cry. Then, after 1 month, they told me I had to turn the loaner car back in, drive it back 65 miles each way and that if I had COVID-19 I could keep the loaner, but to use it to get back and forth to work they would not allow me keep the loaner car. That seemed so unfair and backwards.
After going through the Appraisal process as my Policy Right which was disclosed to me by Auto Claim Specialists to identify The True Actual Cash Value of my car. Thankfully, this is what required USAA Under The Limits Of Liability to Repair My Car.
Quite shockingly, USAA Called My Lender Trying to Force them to force me to take the Total Loss Settlement. USAA made Many Aggressive Calls and emails threatening me if I did not allow them to total my car they would deduct the salvage value from the Total Loss Settlement and Mail the remaining amount to my Lender and Close my Claim.
This claim process lasted 7 months. I was afraid the entire 7 months that I would not get my car back made whole. I spent so many days worrying and so many nights losing sleep over what will I do? COVID-19 has us all living in fear of not getting the virus, and this claim left me in fear of not only not getting my car made whole but being left in a financial hardship also.
At the end of overcoming each of their Sinister Tricks USAA Agreed to return my Car back to its Pre-Loss Condition as it should have been done Under The Policy Guidelines early On.
Thankfully, now my car is absolutely perfect! It drives perfectly! Being that this car is no longer made as stated above, I feel so lucky to have my car back! It’s absolutely beautiful. In my opinion, none of what USAA put us through should’ve happened. We are good USAA customers and have been for a very long time. While I am very pleased the adjuster agreed finally to make this right, it was a very long and exhausting process.
Thanks to all of the help and diligence of our Public Insurance Adjuster Auto Claim Specialists I Have Been Made Whole for my auto claim!

Exceeded Expectations, Very Helpful

Robert McDorman was amazingly helpful. He explained the process and set accurate expectations, and he would willingly explain again as often and with as many details/numbers as I needed.
My insurance carrier provided an initial minimal payoff amount for my totaled vehicle, but Robert went to work arranging additional appraisals and negotiating for a higher, more accurate, payoff for my vehicle. So! Not only did my loan’s remaining balance get paid off (the whole reason I purchased GAP coverage in the first place), but Robert was able to get me some of my equity back!

Most of our clients who come to use with total loss claims have been told by their primary carrier they have no options and they must accept what the carrier settlement is. This is never the case. The insured has policy rights to protect them if their carrier has under-indemnified them for their loss. AS you now see the carrier grossly under-indemnified you and now we have made you whole.

Amazing and extraordinary results of incredible work

I had an accident in my vehicle and the insurance company was not able to make a fair evaluation for my vehicle, just because I am Hispanic and have no command of the language, it was easy for them to give compensation for my vehicle below the estimated and this hurt me economically. Luckily I got in touch with the ACS Team and we are very satisfied with the results and pleasantly surprised that the resolution of the claim was successful. I would recommend the ACS team to anyone! They are excellent and do an extraordinary job

Great results from an amazing team!

As soon as I got in touch with Chase about a diminished value claim, the process went very smoothly. He and James thoroughly explained the process of filing a DV claim, and gave me an estimated timeline. I am very pleased with the results, and pleasantly surprised that the resolution of the claim happened sooner than I expected. I would recommend the ACS team to anyone!

Great experience

Great experience. James and Chase were very transparent about the process and the estimated timeline. I provided all the necessary documents and they did the rest. They got me a great settlement in a shorter time than expected. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend to anyone that’s gone through an unfortunate accident.

Truly AMAZING results!!!

I big thanks to Auto Claim Specialists. Robert and Chad were a pleasure to deal with throughout my ordeal with State Farm! They dealt with State Farm when I was having no success getting a fair cash value for my 2020 Murano (had only 2000 miles on it when wrecked). They were able to get a settlement that was 34 percent more than what State Farm initially offered to me. Truly AMAZING results. I'll never work with insurance again... if I'm ever in an accident again my first call will be to Robert and Chad at Auto Claim Specialists!!! I am so thankful that public insurance adjusters like Robert and Chad are there to represent folks like me.

I wish I would’ve know about Mr. McDorman sooner

Mr. McDorman fought with usaa to keep them from stealing our vehicle after a hail storm. We were $216 over the damage limit. He fought in our behalf. Usaa fought with the threats and harsh tactics. He kept our phones from ringing off the hook. It was not something my VERY pregnant wife needed to deal with. Thank you Mr. McDorman for the great job.

This means it is in the best economic interest of the carrier to deem a repairable vehicle a Total Loss. This scheme in most instances such as your self under-indemnifies the insured and financially harms them. First time Accident, made out like a bandit!

This was my first time being in an accident and I did not realize how many working parts there was! But Auto Claim Specialists were able to obtain money back in my pocket after dealing with a tough insurance that dragged the process out FOR 8 MONTHS! Mr. McDorman WAS ONTOP OF IT! He constantly stayed in touch with me, gave me weekly to daily updates, and when we finally got a supervisor obtained by Mr.McDorman's office, a payment was issued as quick as the snap of your fingers - which is very useful, as we're in the middle of a pandemic.

I thought I had to just settle with the lowball offer my car was appraised for by PROGRESSIVE - yes the insurance company I was with for 5 years...but I was issued a payout for several thousands more. I wouldn't have gotten a dime if it wasn't for Auto Claim Specialists.

Robert McDorman was amazing in helping us with our claim. He was very attentive to our needs and responded to everything in a timely manner. Auto Claim Specialists made sure I was…Compensated fairly by the insurance company.

Auto Claim Specialists made sure I was protected for the loss of value of my Escalade since it would show an accident on the vehicle history reports. Not only did I get my vehicle repaired, but I also got adequate compensation to allow me to not take a hit when I trade my vehicle in. Auto Claim Specialists was very professional, very thorough and kept me well informed during the whole process. I don't think I would have received anything close to the diminished value compensation I received without them. I highly recommend Auto Claim Specialists when dealing with a diminished value claim.

Robert is Great!!

Our body shop manager recommended Robert McDorman when our insurance co Met Life was not treating us fairly.
Robert became involved and over the past yr Plus he has been nothing but helpful and professional with us!
He has been patient, diligent and persistent with Met Life when they wouldn’t even speak to him.
He finally had to put them on notice after many, many months to get any movement towards resolving our issues.
