Robert McDorman and his team are the best. If you are not getting what you paid for and you insurance company is pressuring you into setting for an amount far below the vehicles value please do yourself a favor and get an third party adjuster to fight for what is rightfully yours.

I had an incredible experience working with Robert after my beloved Cayenne was rear ended and totaled. I had never been in an accident before and had no idea this was something we were able to do. We ended up making 2 months of car payments while insurance decided whether or not to total the car and Robert was able to get us enough money back to cover those payments, plus a little extra. While we didn’t end up owing anything after using our GAP coverage (we had the car for only 10 months), it was wonderful to be able to recoup a little bit of money for ourselves after the trauma and hassle of dealing with the whole situation and having to order a new car so quickly after.

Let me first start by saying Robert is amazing! He will renew your faith in humanity. He is what we all hope for when needing assistance in uncharted territory. I've never been in an accident where my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I was personally questioning the value that was assessed by my insurance, but didn't know what to do. I was fortunate enough to voice my concern to my collision center and they provided me with Robert's information at Auto Claim Specialists. After speaking with Robert (he returned my call the following morning at 8am) I was confident I had at least support to question the value of my vehicle. He provided the transparent fee structure which is completely reasonable based on the benefit of the service they provide. Our insurance company declared our 2017 Chevy Traverse a total loss following a hail storm. We wanted to replace it with the same model with similar trim, year, and mileage. Once we started shopping online and visiting dealers, it quickly became apparent that there was no way we could buy a similar car or even the same one we already had for anywhere near the insurance company's valuation of it. Despite days of providing detailed documentation based on my own research showing that the comps that were being used were old and not reflecting current higher prices on used inventory, I was getting nowhere to make the company budge in their valuation. I discovered Auto Claim Specialists upon a recommendation, and after a brief conversation and review of the facts, they took my case, and I invoked the appraisal clause of my insurance contract. After that, ACS took over, freeing me up from more fruitless hours of work. They gave me frequent status updates, explained where negotiations stood, gave their professional opinion on what to realistically expect at each stage, and asked for my input. In the end, the final settlement value they obtained was over $4,500 more than the original offer and within the range of what ACS had projected. We recently had two trees blown down on our 2020 F250 which our insurance company deemed a total loss. Robert was great to work with and very efficient at closing my claim with the insurance company. After having my vehicle stolen, insurance well under valued the car and were not helpful or willing to raise their estimate. After Robert took on the case the insurance company was forced to settle almost 20% higher in value.

Auto Claim Specialists aggressively worked to get a settlement from Progressive. They communicate regularly which I like. As I understand it, insurance companies are not legally compelled to pay on diminished value. My car was literally off the lot less than 6 hours when it was hit doing $14,000 in damage. I had contacted another consultant who promised a lot and never provided even a report after charging me upfront for the work. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Auto Claim Specialists were extremely helpful and professional in garnering a very satisfactory Diminished Value Claim for my (practically new) 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Repairs were right at $10,000 and the vehicle is now great! That said, I realized it was no longer going to be worth what it should for a CarMax report whenever I decide to sell or trade. ACS was recommended to me by the body shop. I was unaware such a company or service was out there. Received a $3,000 settlement from Geico for the lost value. I NEVER could have done this myself.

Our vehicle was declared a total loss by the insurance company after a "car on ice vs guard rail" accident. The amount the insurance company wanted us to settle for was significantly below the market value, so a friend of mine suggested calling Robert. The friend spoke very highly of the company, so I made the call. E-mailing a couple of forms is about the hardest thing I had to do as Robert went to work, and before long the settlement was increased by about 33%. I contacted Robert McDorman after I received the run around from my insurance company.
