Auto Claim Specialists is an honest company who will steer you right. They are truthful about whether you have a good case. I recommend them 100%!

After my insurance company send me the settlement offer for my totaled Porsche, I felt confident that I could get a lot more more based on the current market. I tried to negotiate myself and was met with complete unwillingness to increase the valuation. So, I called ACS. They put me in touch with Chase, who told me before signing anything that they felt confident they could increase the settlement value significantly. Sure enough, they increased the valuation $10k (almost 20%!) and that netted me over $8k in settlement and taxes after their fees.

I could’ve tried to continue negotiating on my own but I’m certain I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere close to the increase ACS was able to get for me. It more than made up for their fees. Plus, I was sick of all the time and energy I had to put into the process up till that point, with no progress to show for it. Ultimately, it was a no-brainer to have someone negotiate on my behalf - huge increase in dollars and essentially no effort on my side. They knocked it out of the park. Thanks!

Wow, what a truly great experience.

After getting offered a ridiculously low offer from my insurance for my car, I tried to negotiate the price myself by providing data about similar vehicles and prices. They would not budge, stating "the price is the price, and it will not change, so just sign it." Obviously, I'm not stupid, so I looked for help. I found Auto Claim Specialists by searching the web for arguments about how a CCC One "valuation" is complete BS, and a letter they wrote popped up in the results. After finding out that their fees were very reasonable, and enlisting their help, FINALLY my claim was no longer a nightmare.

These people were able to increase my settlement by over 10%, which took the car valuation from "total BS" to "actually a good deal". I cannot thank them enough. It was nice to have someone on my side while my own insurance tried to screw me.

Not only did Chad and ACS help me get fair market value for my car, Chad went above and beyond, chasing allstate reps down nearly daily when they kept delaying payment to me (this was long after Chad's job of negotiating a value for the car was already completed) and were dodging my calls. My pickup was stolen from a repair shop doing routine maintenance. This truck was an absolute cream puff, very clean, well kept. Even though the insurance offer of claim was better than what I had thought it would be, a neighbor told me to call these guys to make sure. They secured a payout closer to what I had first thought it should be. They handled everything, only way I could be happier is if truck had not been stolen to begin with.
