Prompt. Informative. Communicative.

Elephant Insurance offered a settlement of $60,400 on a 2021 Tahoe we had for 6 months. Auto Claim Specialists settled our claim for $66,500. Only slightly under what we paid for the Tahoe.

Robert McDorman and his team are excellent.

We were having a terrible experience with USAA giving us anything close to reasonable for our daughter's total loss on her 2013 Mazda CX-5. Robert and his staff took over and got the complete value that we were seeking. They are fast, friendly, and very effective. Fees were reasonable and structured to help reduce our risk. I will not hesitate to call Robert if we need them again (although I hope we won't) and will be recommending them to my friends.

Got a low ball price from my insurance co. for my totaled out car. I showed the Kelly blue book and NADA price but was told they had a different way of calculating the price (much lower). Robert at Auto Claims Specialist was able to get a price that was closer to what was available to purchase a comparable replacement car. Very good person to deal with.

I was rear-ended in a hit and run. My un-insured motorist portion of the insurance came into play. My insurance company was using some company that had no idea what they were assessing. They kept missing key details and value for my car was nowhere close to what it would cost me to replace my car. I went back and forth 2 rounds but was exhausted from the wreck. This is dealing with my own Insurance companies total loss department. I can only imagine what it would be like to deal with someone else's Insurance company. For one, you would get a variety of CSRs on the Insurance company side. At times, I felt like I was talking to someone whose performance and bonus was dependent on paying me less than a fair share for my car.
Thankfully, just when I was ready to give up, I was referred to Auto Claims Specialists. That was the turning point in all this saga. In a couple of phone calls and back & forth, they were all A Players. I didn’t feel out gunned any more as the process unfolded with the Insurance company.
From the get-go, they were professional, knew the process, they knew the variables at play here, were accessible to me, and had a very fair fee structure.
There were no surprises, and they kept me in the loop all through the process. Just speaking to various team members at their company, I could immediately tell I had made the right decision to enlist their help. They know the tactics used by Insurance Adjustors; and they know how these games are played with the right response. The other part is they know exactly when to stop the circus, which was key to ensure I got the right settlement in record time.
I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else, but in case it does, I would wholeheartedly refer them to Auto Claims specialist.

The company represented my claim through a process that was complex and specific. Their particular skillset resulted in a reversal of a total loss on my vehicle because my insurance company used a standardized algorithm. Apparently this is commonplace in the insurance industry.This process involved invoking certain clauses in my insurance policy. I walked away with more money than the body shop estimate for my car repair, and no change to the title! I cannot praise their commitment or availability to their customers more. It took a deliberate approach, and patience. The cost of the service was negligible in relationship to the process and reward. The company walked me through each step and explained everything! Wow! I don’t know where to begin. The entire staff and company are absolutely amazing. They took over what seemed to be a daunting task and made it simple. They kept me in the loop and communicated clearly and with empathy the entire time. I will never handle an auto claim without them again. They literally doubled my portion of the claim in just a couple weeks. They are 1000% on your side and complete professionals. They fought for me against progressive who was trying to bully me and not pay 100% for my vehicle repairs. Once I turned over my claim they handled it end to end till closure. Great work and my repairs were paid for in full.

I was contacted a few months ago by this agency, I had no idea it would work or that I would get anything back for my case that could of been handled better. I only had to do one thing but other than that the agency did everything else for me and they kept me updated about everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria 99% of the time. I also came across Bri towards the end she was also friendly and helpful
