Autoclick Rent a Car 

Rented from Pisa a couple times now with absolutely no issues. I suspect the problems most people incur is due to them not fully understanding the terms of rental prior to arriving. I recommend taking the full insurance , even with it the price is comparable or better than most everyone else and is peace of mind. Will rent again

I hired car from Friday 2nd Feb to Monday 5th Feb and when I arrived at CDG airport in France I discovered why Autoclick rent a car are cheaper than the more established hire firms...

Because they're a pain to get to.

With the other firms, you walk out of arrivals and there are their bases, right in front of you. Easy, quick and convenient.

Everything Autoclick isn't.

Because with them, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. And even when you finally find the place where the shuttle bus will (eventually at some point) pick you up, there are no signs to confirm you're in the right place.

Nothing - It really doesn't inspire confidence in the firm.

Customer service via the phone is pathetic. You get a message telling you there's no one available to speak to you (in French, I had to ask a passer-by to translate for me.

Even the website was down.

If it hadn't have been for the very helpful member of staff on the Airport information desk, I'd have been convinced I'd been ripped off at this point.

When I finally did get to speak to someone, I was told the shuttle bus would be there 10 minutes, 15 tops.

1 hour later it finally arrived - and did me and my companion experience any kind of extra customer service to make up for our inconvenience?

Of course not.

When we reached the premises, we were pushed to the back of the queue and no effort was made to repair the poor image we had formed of Autoclick.

It took me and my companion 3 hours from leaving arrivals at CDG to getting to the car hire firm which meant we arrived at our destination very late and behind schedule.

Oh, and if you do hire a car from this outfit, make sure you have SatNav, because without it you'll never find their base again when it's time to return the car. Because it's tucked at the back of some small trading estate in the middle of nowhere.

And don't even get me started on the hassle of finding a petrol station to fill the car up before you return it!

Would I hire a car from Autoclick ever again?

No.

You get what you pay for. We’d read horror stories about being charged for this and that so went for the fully insured option ( direct, not via airline - it’s NOT the same thing).
We got picked up as planned, car was faultless, they answered questions on phone and email promptly. No quibble at the end.
Deal direct - not through airline. We found the airline offers very misleading.

The prices has rosen such as they are as expensive or more than major car hiring companies without the services, choice of car, hopening ours and other comodities offered by those though. This is a creasy and suicidal move....

Perfect. I Will rent next time directory instead of via a broker!

Very satisfied with service and quality of car. Only downside is finding the place when returning the car. But easily solved. I set the location on the navigator before I drove off.

Have used before and will use again. Staff in Alicante airport top class. If they keep their prices low and standards high they will become the Ryanair of the roads.yoi get what you pay for even the insurance is reasonable. See you soon.Stephen

when i give back I pay 60 e for that while i pay 14 e for total relax plus by day....

I rented with Autoclick two times. The first time was in Malaga and the second in Bergamo. Everytime they gave me a better car than I reserved. I payed for Full cover from Autoclick online so I didn't have any problems.The people are friendly and the cars have no more than a year and 20000-30000km. I recomend renting with Autolick.
