Autoclick Rent a Car 

The cars used are good, with low mileage and clean. I didn’t get the car booked, but I was satisfied with the upgraded car provided.

Arrived at Alicante airport 10pm was pick up by courtesy car all good
When we reached the office everything changed
The woman dealing with us started to look for extra money first for being late then extra insurance
When I explained we had that paid for she became very rude would not
Listen and when I said they were not getting anymore money from me
She was going to call the police I said ok
We eventually left and went back to airport got a car there no problem

So i would advise anyone to never us autoclick horrible experience

We arrived late at night and were told we had to pay £150 for "optional insurance" as I don't own a credit card. I offered my wife's credit card and license but they ignored me. We were only told we needed a credit card after we booked the rental. I ended up paying three times as much for the car rental as originally agreed.

We also had to pay £30 for arriving after 10pm even though the flight didn't arrive until 10pm. We told Autoclick when the flight arrived and there was no mention of late fees until we arrived at the desk late at night.

These people are so dodgy they would make Del Boy blush. We were charged €30 late fee and €190 for insurance we didn’t need but forced us to take. Stay well clear. Staff were really rude but it was late at night on an industrial estate so we couldn’t walk away!

Used Autoclick at Malaga Airport, very freindly helpful staff, vehicle was in excellent condition, no problems returning the car, would recommend them over airport rental firms (2 minute courtesy bus from arrivals lounge) will use again.

Good easy to use car leaser, don't rip you off on "scratched and dames " so use them all the time

Bus took a while to start with, the customer service agent was rude and not very helpful. Even though we booked with full insurance he tried selling to us again then said cos we went through a broker we didn’t have full cover with them even though we had print out. Didn’t check car over with me only came out once I noticed damage that wasn’t on contract. On returning the car a different worker was sweet as. I personally won’t use them again.

this is the 5th time that i'm renting the car and i noticed that the car is not always with the full tank.This aspect needs to be modified.

Eventually got to our car and was told we had to to pay and extra 15 pounds Insurance everyday for when we were here
For 6 days we paid nearly 400£ euros.

The tyre pressure was reduced below threshold after just running for 500 km.

DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 140 EURO EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE. THEY SAID WITH THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF 1050 EURO I AM NOT COVERED NOT EVEN IF ANOTHER CAR CAUSES THE ACCIDENT! WHAT IS THAT FOR A NONSENSE. YOU ALWAYS HAVE PROTECTION IF SOMEONE DRIVES INTO YOUR CAR AND IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT.

HAD TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. DONT BOOK WITH THESE SPANISH LOW COST RENTAL COMPANIES. YOU WILL REGRET IT SOONER OR LATER. (BECAUSE THERE ARE ALWAYS EXTRA COSTS!!! ALWAYS)

BOOK WITH SIXT OR HERTZ. IT MIGHT BE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU ALWAYS PAY THAT WHAT IT SAYS ON THE PAGE YOU BOOK THE CAR WITH.

I knew the offices were away from the airport, but I had trouble finding the place where the Shuttle had to pick passengers up - instructions were not clear and there was not any sign outside the airport. Outside the car was not very clean.
But that were the smallest issues. I had a small scratch on the passenger's side, not thick and about 5cm, plus somebody touched the left side in the back, but only paint was scratched and no real damage was done. Well, the staff said the computer returned a price of € 800,00 for that. Yes, you read right. For no damage to the car other than 2 small paint jobs they said initially € 800,00 but then the staff said that was absurd and he would check with his manager, which authorized him to put it down to € 366,00. This is just typical dirty sales tactics: they give you a huge price, then give you a smaller amount so that you think you were not ripped off that much. So if you do decide to use Autoclick do make sure to have comprehensive insurance, or you will end up paying a huge amount of money if some stupid driver scratches your car at the mall parking lot.

Very good service, car was clean and in good condition, all in all I would rate it higher (4 stars). But because of a still pending refund of my deposit of 50€ which has been confirmed at return to me, I am rather disappointed.

Staff should show various functions of dashboard before handing the car over.
