I used Autoclick back in December last year and returned the car with no damage and no outstanding payments. Now, nearly 6 months later I have received a message from my bank telling me Autoclick have been taking money from my account. I contacted Autoclick but they have no explanation for these charges and cannot tell me why money has been taken from my account. The actual service provided from Autoclick in December was poor to say the least. Whilst it looks cheap to use, they hit you with hidden charges when you go to pick up the car, so you end up spending considerably more than you expect - and that's without them stealing money from your account!

Absolutely terrible service, and crooked sales people. Reserved car two months in advance for 200 euros, and was told that the confirmation email they sent me was not valid. I was charged an additional 100 euros for no reason.

Stay away from this company. The positive reviews are fake, and they have no moral compass.

Upon arrival it took over 2 hours to get our car organised (paper work, pick up from airport, .. ). Everything went well until 6 months later back home. Autoclick deducted a huge administration fee from my account as they believed I was responsible for a fine they received from the police. HOWEVER, I was not even in the country (Italy) at the day and time of the fine. I tried to email them, to clear up the mistake, but never admitted their mistake and did not return the money. After a few emails, even with all the proof of me not being in the country that day, they decided not to answer emails anymore. Don't trust autoclick!!!!!

They tried to stole me at Brussels. I checked in the car at 06:50pm (10/05) with no demages. I signed a document with no demages notes. They didn't give me any copy. After i left the office, at 7:20pm, they put at that document by hand that i checked in at 08:55pm and that i demaged the car. For that, they stole from my credit card 96.80€. They just sent to me an email with the receipt and the demages notes. So i contact the European Consumer Center and tried to solve this amicable. So, they gave me back the money today (19/05).

Real easy to enjoy your vacation with a car from Autoclick. We payed the highest insurance for our piece of mind. Never used it, but we do not regret. Great service.

I have been warned to not rent a car from this cheap company, but I did rent and paid full insurance called total relax, this in Italy Verona, but soon I regretted. I have been giving a car with USB port unstable this leads to burn my phone NOTE 5, USB port, in this way I am unable to transfer data or charge my phone.
I did complain, they told me it is the cable or your phone. where both I have been used them for over one year.
no help. second. they told you we have shuttle or bus at Verona airport, the fact no they do not, and they are in the city not in the airport, it took over one hour till they show up, furthermore, we have to call them otherwise it will take more and more., I read a warned before and I thought I am smart and pay for full insurance, the fact they are rubbish. pay extra to other company instead you pay it later in a different way.

Service from hell in Paris, they'll do all to take your money. Unnoted scraches in the windshield, flat tires... Warning!

Awful experience. We broke down after 5 hours of travelling in the middle of the mountains due to an oil leakage (certified by a mechanic who reviewed the car) and the company refused to take any responsibility for the incident. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere and spent hundreds of euros getting back which was not reimbursed.

Got a great car from this company at Malaga Airport. Courteous and very helpful guy called Alfonso. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Shuttle bus to car, great customer service as assistant shared her personal knowledge of Italy with us. Really smooth from start to end so no problems recommending them. Car requested was what we got.

I wish there was a negative star rating!!! Autoclick is the WORST company EVER!!! No help when I was stranded with a busted tire!!! No help when we rented the car!!! Told us we were on our own to fix the tire!!! Then charged us again when we return the car because the would have to fix the tire again!!! I hope this company goes under!!!
