Very good costumer service. The front-desk assistant check personally that the car was in decent condition and clean. I had an upgrade for free because the car I booked wasn't available for the whole rent period.
2nd time with them and very satisfy.

I rented a car from Nice airport and there should be a shuttle bus to the Autoclick office but it was very hard to find : I must call help from the office. I get the car quite easily and quick but when I was driving first kilometers I noticed that I dont have my passport and driver licesense with me. I drive back to Autoclick office where they were . They were never returned to me. Ok, this was just accident.

I had a small collision with the rented car. I twas not big deal and managed by Autoclick quite well. I had zero excess but I had still to pay 150€ administration commision? I got also to read a price list where different parts of car were priced and noticed that there is not really "zero excess " insurance . There are allways some kind of parts and case where you have to pay. I was quite surprised because marketing message is totally different by Autoclick (and also many other car rental).

Highly recommended to everyone! Best rent a car service in Spain and in some locations in Europe. Very cheap insurance! Take full insurance because it is just 8-12 EURO per day and NO surprises at the time of end rental

I used Autoclick Pisa near the airport in May 2018, the staff were excellent, car was great, no problems during the hire and all handed back at the end with no further charges or costs. The airport shuttle at Pisa is a bit tricky to find.

Car rented nearby Venice airport in Italy. Was already late in the evening, I was with my family and the person in charge was very friendly and helped us to choose the right car. Rental at a fair price and full insurance coverage. Even so, when returning the car, the lady checked everything more than carefully. She did a good job, in spite it wasn't necessary.

We didn't the car, which we booked even thouth we paid for in advance and there was the information that the car was garanted. In fact we were offer available car, it was different brand and class.

Unfortunately in the last period there is a degradation of the Car Quality on top of the number of available cars is lower and lower.
In the last 2 cases (I'm renting every week), the cars were dirty outside but mainly inside (in one case mud odor, in the second case smoke odor).

your Rent a Car forme is the best, but for the future I need to surch another rente a car, because yours change the conditions for rent a car.
I haven´t creditcard so I have only money and Visa Card.

But congratulations for your service and company.

I subtract one star only for the fact, that there was no model of the car I chose in booking and I got difrent one - everything else was in plus, service, polite people, price was not low, but I can pay more for good service :)

Renting a car with Autoclick was a real pleasure - smooth, fast, easy, affordable and professional. I was really satisfied. Also, the fleet is new and in a perfect state. Apart from cars, I found the staff very helpful and honest.

Easy online price calculator. Friendly and reliable staff at Milano Malpensa airport. Efficient and helpful shuttle service. Make sure to pay for insurance, or risk it... btw the latter is not suggested.

Everything went perfect, we took a great car Fiat 500 cabrio, even though i booked the normal one, and the deposit is only 100 euro compared to other companies that goes till 300 euro sometimes. Very smooth rental, even if the company is not inside the airport of Madrid, a pick up took us to the office of the car rental in 5 min.
Highly recommend !
