Jordan installed a GPS mower yesterday (305E) He was extremely efficient and explained the advantages of gps over a line and made sure my garden was suitable. The process was very efficient and had it all up and running in a couple of hours. He took the time to explain everything with me the app etc. he was very efficient, helpful and did a great job

David carried out the installation very efficiently was thorough in the setting up process taking us through things step by step.

Company responded within 24 hours to initial enquiry. The service guy came on the arranged day - Will was a knowledgeable guy and a pleasure to work with. GPS and power cable installed, docking bay, mapping the mowing and stay out areas, all done in three hours. Instruction on use of app on the mobile well done too. Mower lives up to the sale info.

I have had my 315x for several years without any issues other than the occasional out of bounds or trapped by bikes etc left out by the children. Recently had issues of the mover not travelling to the furthest area of garden. I rang Autocut. Lynn took control of the mower from the office made the necessary changes. Problem solved. She was very polite, patient and extremely helpful. Very impressed and happy with the service received.

Jordan, our installer, could not have done more to get our new 4wd Husqvana up and running. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable and left us to enjoy watching Wickd (our nickname for the mower) working away. It has carried on overnight and seems to be doing exactly what we wanted. A very positive experience.
I’m pleased I hadn’t read the negative reviews very carefully. Having continuous issues with the loop wire of our previous mower, we decided to upgrade. As the original installer had retired, I was on the hunt! Have read the positive reviews on TP, I made contact.
After a frustrating week with poor service from other companies, dealing with Autocut was affirmation that some businesses know how to treat their customers. (Despite what others have said, our experience has only been positive, so far).
From my initial contact with Stephen to installation by David, I can’t fault them. Because Stephen could bring up a satellite image of our garden, while we were on the phone, he was immediately able to tell me which model was appropriate for our needs.
He answered emails in a timely manner and returned calls the same way.
David arrived on time and listened patiently to our needs and multiple queries. He explained everything clearly and didn’t rush us.
Very satisfied we opted for Autocut and look forward to their ongoing support, which will entail annual service at our home, so no transporting needed. Thank you.

This is our second Husqvarna robotic mower from Autocut, having been extremely pleased with the first one, the second one was installed today by Ryan. The service and installation were both excellent, we would highly recommend Autocut.

Our mower was delivered and installed today, absolutely brilliant, it only took an hour and a half which included getting me started with the APP.

Husqvarna 410XE NERA
We have a Husqvana 415x, supplied and installed by Autocut a couple of years ago, and it has worked so well we decided to get another mower to cover a second area in our garden. Steve came and discussed things and we made the decision to move the existing mower to the second area, and to get a new 410XE Nera for the more formal area as it can mow stripes and has edge cut to mow closer to the edge.
On Monday Steve and Taylor arrived, installed the new mower and reconfigured the existing mower which they also serviced and cleaned.
They did an excellent job, setting up and explaining everything.
I am very pleased with the mowers and how my lawns look.

Great promise, lack of execution
I initially had a great experience with the sales rep (Stephen) when I ordered a robot lawnmower with free installation on 26th February.
The first installation date was set for 11th March, but there was no show because the mower hadn’t arrived on time. We rescheduled for 13th March (8:30–9:00 AM), but again there was no show—this time due to the installer’s van breaking down.
Despite these issues, we rescheduled once more for 26th March (8:30–9:00 AM), under the promise they would be on time as we had other commitments later that day.
The installer finally messaged at 9:20 to say he would arrive by 10:30. When I called head office, the Team manager called back to and tried to say they hadn't agreed to a time. Separately the installer admitted the note for the earlier arrival time was never passed on to him. This was the final straw, so I cancelled the order.
