I have a very steep field and garden to cut of a couple of acres. Strimming my large field is a massive chore. Autocut were extremely efficient and the installation process very straightforward. The robot mower deals with the steep slopes very well and the quality of the grass in the field has vastly improved. It is now a joy to walk there knowing I do not have to spend weeks of hard labour cutting the grass. The cost of the mower pays for itself over time if I had to get a gardener to do the job.

Excellent service
Steve arrived on time, talked me through the whole process of install, then completed installation in the worst weather imaginable! He then mapped out the front and rear lawns and showed me how to operate the machine, set out schedules and adjust any parameters. A very comprehensive service.

Needed to find a service company for my Husqvarna 430x. Auto cut came up as a digital search. Phoned them, no answer but they did return call. Then had to register, then booked an appointment. They are very busy, got an appointment. They arrived when they said they would and sorted my problem. All they service is husqvarna auto mowers. They know their stuff and carry a lot of spares.

Excellent service
I recently had to make a complaint about the service from autocut but the response I had from them was excellent. They could not have been more helpful and attentive and the problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The mower is fantastic and saves so much time and effort , we never have to cut the lawn. I would like to thank the team for sorting it out and would definitely recommend autocut in Devon to anyone.

Superb Automower installation
We had our Husqvarna Automower delivered by Autocut. They installed the wire borders and explained the operation of the Automower. The two guys were very professional and friendly and we were very impressed with everything. Later we purchased a garage for the mower and that was also erected by Autocut. We have been very pleased with the mower and have become quite attached. It has made the lawn look superb. The installation was done free of charge and I fully recommend the company if you are thinking of purchasing an Automower.

Non existing service and Warranty
I purchased a Husquvarna 450 3 weeks ago. It was installed and stopped working after 7 days. It was not possible to turn the mower on. When I called I was promised a service visit within a few days. Now I cant even get any answer via email or phone call. The brand new mower sits here for 2 weeks still. Not sure if autocut is an internet scam but I am have no explanation why I am being ignored now when I was promised a good repair and warranty service only 3 weeks ago. I would not recommend to use this company. I will have to go down the legal route if I don't hear anything next week.

Not great to be honest. Less than a year into the purchase of a Husqvarna 350x it went wrong and when they did come to fix it they weren’t really sure what they were doing. Despite an extended warranty they wanted me to have a £169 service which I reluctantly agreed to . Apparently I needed a new comms board and they said they would get back to me. Over 8 weeks later I had to call them to remind them to come and fit the part that was apparently in Stock in Newcastle. They came they apparently fitted the comms board and at least I can talk to the mower but it now has no mapping function. I alerted the service guy Rodney to this fact a week ago and have heard nothing. I can really only say this company is an absolute shambles and I am now not even sure about the reliability of Husqvarna. We have a guide wire and I wish I had been in the market 6months later than I was because the new generation seem to offer better features with no wires.

From initial contact through to survey, delivery and installation I give Autocut 10/10. Luke (owner/sales) and Steve (installation engineer) were very knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the process, and guided me through both the choice of mower and any other options I may or may not need. The Husqvarna machines they supply are top class and I am a very happy customer who Will recommend Autocut without hesitation.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Autocut from the minute I made contact to express my interest in Robotic mowers. I received a telephone call back within the same day when a very knowledgeable gentleman called Leigh talked me through a number of questions I had about these mowers. There was no hard sell and I was given time to consider my position. When I called back to ask for a site visit that was arranged swiftly and again no hard sell. I was given time and space to think about what I wanted and discovered Autocut offered the best deal on the Husqvarna 405X mower I wanted. This was in terms of price and free installation. I was asked for a deposit and within a short time of payment received immediate confirmation. The day of installation was agreed at my convenience when it was hammering down with rain and blowing a gale. Leigh did a great job discussing with me where I would like it placed , we debated a number of sites, discussed the electrics etc.The installation was completed in a few hours including instruction for me on using the app to control the mower. In addition autocut can access the mower from their app should I have any problems.The mower is impressive, it has a 5 year guarantee for an extra £82 and I was left feeling the company would be there for me if there was a problem and it would be sorted out very quickly. I was impressed with the custom service and the product. I now happily watch my lawn being cut!
