The whole process buying the car was easy, well communicated and painless. I was a little apprehensive purchasing a car completely online, however strong reviews here gave me the initial confidence and then the team at Autohero sold it! They were always available to answer my questions and talk me through the process.
The team called me to update me on the status of the delivery of the car and helped schedule a time that worked for me. When it arrived, the delivery was very professional with all details of the vehicle being covered and explained.
The car itself was very well presented on delivery, inside and out, and I am very happy with my purchase so far.

I purchased a VW Touran from Autohero Spain a few weeks ago, after a model that fit my requirements was listed on their web site. The process was very easy, with excellent communication from the company at all steps of the process ( for example with updates about date and time of delivery). The vehicle was as advertised, and was delivered to our home within approximately three weeks after purchase. Autohero also took care of the paperwork (car registration, or permiso de circulación), avoiding the need to go to the local traffic authority. Autohero offers a basic one year warranty on their vehicles, with the possibility to purchase an extended warrant (to cover more components of the vehicle, or for a longer period). Their terms and conditions are clearly sated on the contract. Overall, I recommend Autohero without reservation.

A few weeks after I got my car thr battery run empty. The local taller adviced me to replace the battery quick, because I had to get my kids from the airport and I did not want to teke the risk of having a low battery again. Maria Silva told me to mail the the invoice to the aftersales department of Autohero because I had a 12 month guarantee. No discussion at all and I received the money on my bank account within 2 weeks.

I was a bit unsure at first about buying a car from the internet especially as I dont really speak Spanish and also the added complication of not living on the mainland. Im so happy that I took the plunge and went for it...the car is lovely and service from auto hero has been absolutely flawless. Special mention to Maria Silva in customer services, she is an absolute star and a credit to the company. She speaks perfect English and was there every step of the way to deal with all questions and issues. She even managed to sort out an issue with the delivery process that was entirely my fault and made sure things worked out perfectly. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to my friends and family...thank you Autohero and thank you Maria!
