Used the company when buying a car for our vacation home. Excellent experience from the first contact via the website to the delivery of the vehicle. Makes buying cars over the Internet safe and secure in our opinion. Very helpful and polite staff that always answered our questions immediately.

The first time buying a car online, and I was well impressed with the whole process, ease of use and communication from Auto Hero. The car is exactly as described and was delivered 10 days ahead of time. Absolutely fantastic service

I enjoyed the whole car buying process. The online process worked very well, just like buying something on Amazon. They were well reachable on the phone as well (thanks for all the support Sergio!). They continuously kept me informed during the process, on each next step, explaining everything very clearly. They kept all their promises and even exceeded the delivery time. I ordered the car on Friday, they received payment on Monday and delivered to me the next Wednesday. The delivery process is awesome. You see your car arriving in the 'glass truck' which is great. The truck then has a very smart system to unload the car in a controlled way. The driver of the truck, the only person you'll meet in real life in this process, was super friendly as well. The car looked great in reality, and some of the imperfections visible on the website were even cleaned away! I have the car 10 days now and there are some pending request I have just sent to the aftersales department, but I expect that Autohero will do everything they can to help me out as good as possible. Looking back I am very happy. What I like about the process as well is that there is no negotiation, as, since their prices are already very good, so you don't need to be afraid that you paid too much. And, if after all, you don't like the car, you can give it back after 15 days/1500 kms I believe, however I understand this rarely or never happens. But still a great assurance when you make the 'online leap'. All in all, I would highly recommend this innovative car buying process to anyone!

Though I was not keen at first to purchase a car online, AutoHero proved to be extremely reliable and delivered the car as promised. Anytime we called them with any questions they delivered the answers right away and were also super clear with all the steps of purchase. They sorted out all neccesery papers for us for a 150€ fee and made very accommodating arrangements for the delivery. We have been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and transparency of the whole process. Would definitely do it again, especially here in Spain.

Car as advertised, very helpful customer service, particularly Maria, arrived on time. Minor post- delivery problems sorted without hassle or delay.

The only negative was that I had to pay nearly €100 worth of bank transfer charges, charged by Autohero's bank without warning or explanation, despite paying from my Euro account. I had recently done a similar value transaction from the same account with IKEA with no charges. Autohero should warn customers that their bank may impose charges. This is the only reason I give 4 stars and not 5.
