If i had read the reviews I would never had ordered covers for my car.
The ordering process went like a dream that is until you send your money (and they certainly not the cheapest) once they have your money all meaningful correspondence stops.
They refuse to answer emails,phone just goes to answering machine,finally when I got through to a lady was promised a answer within 10 minutes on whatsapp still no answer or response to my queries. Yo do not get updates on your order my seat covers eventually did arrive absolutely nothing like the website description, I have slits in the seat covers where they should not be, and no slits where the seat belts come through, I can't fit them as I have not received the promised tailor made instruction as per web site.
Therefore I do not even know if they fit,if they are even for my car, or what like they will look like
I have tried everything to get a response even said i would contact my bank to get my cash back,water of a ducks back they are just not interested once they have your money.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! They are happy to take your money, but don’t come up with the products. I now have to open a paypal claim because I’m getting ignored by these bunch of scammers. DONT BUY FROM THEM. They will rip you off!!!!!

Really !!! I have recently done my new car Kia Niro cover with auto leathers. One word they are great. Great team . I would say new people don’t look on the bad reviews until you try them.
I have seen all reviews but still I have been as my neighbour recommended me they are the best.
And truly they are best for price and work.

This company does not deserve even one star....Avoid them and do not under any circumstances send them any money.
I first contacted the company on 1/11/19 requesting front seat covers to replace the ones already fitted. I explained their website and eBay adverts showed the identical covers and sent images of mine to confirm what I wanted.
On 6/12/19 I did a bank transfer and was told the seat covers would be delivered within 4 days.
By 13/12/19 I had sent emails and WhatsApp messages asking where the covers were as none had arrived and I also asked for a tracking number. On that day I was told I would be given a tracking number within the hour.
I had to contact them again on 17/12/19 and was provided a tracking number and told they had gone out for delivery that day.
On 18/12/19 the seat covers arrived and I found they were an incorrect colour match. I contacted the company straight away and sent images to show they had sent the wrong covers. The company provide a return address the same day and I HAD TO PAY to send the covers back.
The covers arrived back with the company on 21/12/19 and by 23/12/19 I had to contact them asking them to confirm receipt of them but got no reply.
I again contacted them on 9/1/20 asking them to confirm receipt and asking for the tracking details of the replacement covers. They replied stating they were liaising with the factory regarding the replacement covers (strange as their web site states they manufacture them themselves) and they asked for the tracking details of the ones I had returned 19 days earlier (which I provided including images from the couriers web site)
On 22/1/20 I again contacted them asking them to confirm receipt of the wrong covers they had sent and stated that I now wanted a refund as no replacement covers had arrived. They did not reply.
On 28/1/20 I again asked they confirm receipt of my request to which the response was they will despatch the replacement covers the next day and also apologised for the delay.
On 4/2/20 I again contacted the company as no covers had been received and reiterated my request for a refund but got no reply.
On 20/2/20 I again contacted the company asking for a refund and pointed out to them that as per the “refunds page” on their web site regarding a 14 day not satisfied 100% money back guarantee, I had notified them of the wrong covers being sent on the day I received them, I returned them via a tracked courier service within 3 days and had been waiting 38 working days for a refund as they were unable to supply the correct covers. They did not reply.
They now refuse to respond to me regarding the covers they have failed to supply and refunding the money I transferred to them on 6/12/19.
All the correspondence has been via WhatsApp (showing that the messages have been read/received) and they are saved should this account of such a bad be experience be challenged by the company or Munazza Kamran Mannan herself aka “Tony”.

Shocking company
Shocking company! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! Ordered on the 17th May, no confirmation email or tracking number, 3 weeks later I try calling all the numbers, what’s app messages, emails, all go unanswered. Had to open a paypal claim to get my money back. Never even contested it. How this company is in business still is beyond me!

Looks fantastic when fitted could not have been more happy !!!!But not long after being fitted they started to crack and peel not a happy bunny if needed I can post photos neb5 go a call back phoned autoleathers manager several times but nothing so far just tried today but nothing again I would say don't bother but if your putting them on to sell car or van go for it £180 fitted not bad for a short time I'm not one to complain for such a small amount of cash be nice for them to get back to me not holding me breath
