DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, they are scammers. They are quick to grab your cash and then sell you faulty or incorrect items. Not to mention heaven forbid you want to return the item there is no customer service at all, all communication is done via email and it often takes them days to respond. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. There are better stores down the road within walking distance

Don’t waste your time.

I purchased a full sound system for my car, all items listed “in stock”

They say dispatch time is 1-3 business days. So I emailed after the 3 business days, got a generic message response from a sales representative (Guy Davies) basically saying “yep your order is all good, it should be sent this afternoon“.

It became apparent that the sales person didn’t actually check on the order or do the bare minimum because the following day I got a email stating that an item they sold me has actually been discontinued.

When I questioned to why this wasn’t pick up on the day prior I got a response from another sales representative (Mikko).

Saying we are trying to work with management to see what we can do.

At this point it was about a week after I purchased my order.

Mikko come back with the options refunding the money for the item they sold me but didn’t have or I could pay more money for the item they did have, but they gave me a “discount” for their stuff up.

I paid this instantly when informed of the amount owing.

I was told it would be sent express within 1 - 2 business days. That was over two business days ago.

Don’t give timelines if you clearly can’t follow them.

So I initially made the order on 3rd of September two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent.

High quality parts from reputable brands at very good price. Postage costs and time delivered was impressive.

I have had nothing but positive outcomes with my dealing with Automotive Superstore.Their service team members are exceptional with following up thr inquiries that come across the " Service"desk.The team would be the envy of the trade completion.....Well Done ✔️

Easy to find parts, however the brake pads could have list which diameter brake rotors they fit as there are 2 sizes for my car. Otherwise, easy, fast and a great selection

Purchasing a head unit and accessories was an easy experience however when issues occurred and required to be sent back under warranty, the process was slow and cumbersome. Communication has been slow and lacking. I understand they might be "short staffed" but unfortunately, we will not be purchasing from here again and will choose a local buisness for our purchases

-Terribly packaged item arrive snapped in half due to the inadequate packing.
- they don’t respond to emails (I’ve sent 10+)
- they don’t answer the phone
- they don’t respond to the text messages (that the phone message instructs you to send)
- they don’t respond to instagram or facebook messages or posts

Let’s see if they respond to the department of fair trading since I just lodged a complaint.
