Simple easy system to order products and good follow-up mail

Good fast and reliable service. Got exactly what I ordered. Even showed up at my door a day earlier than expected. Will return for more goodies in the future

When i asked question about Cerwin Vega speakers they were extremly helpful.

Purchased two Turbosmart blow-off valves that weren't suitable for my needs. When I returned them unused in original packaging, I was charged a 10% restocking fee that was never disclosed during the checkout process - not in the cart, checkout page, or order confirmation.

When I questioned this, staff claimed it's "somewhere on their website" but couldn't point to where I would have seen it before purchasing. Under Australian Consumer Law, fees must be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden away.

I purchased 2 x large Brembo rotors this week and had them delivered to Melbourne. Items were delivered really quick by Aus Post.
When you see the pics you'll understand. Both rotors weigh about 15kg each and were taped together in there original boxes and that's it,no outer box or bubble wrap for protection. Both boxes were ripped on the corners and boxes had sign of heavy handling. Guys please take the time to packaging your products properly for shipping or get another freight forwarder. Its really poor to receive your products delivered in this way. Im happy to keep buying and I'm not asking for a handout.
