BUYERS BEWARE!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 large shirts. As soon as I realized what I did I tried to cancel the order. You cannot cancel it. I had to wait for them to be shipped and go through the return process. I went ahead and reorder the correct size and then wait for the wrong order to be delivered to return. Received the order and immediately sent back to them the next day. Had to pay to ship it back. The company received the return items on 10/26/22. Made multiple calls to find out about my refund. Was told they were going through all the returns and as soon a they updated it they would refund the money. Was able to talk with someone who finally found my returned items and refunded me the money. TWO MONTHS LATER. Should never have taken this long to refund money. Was told they were going through a merger of their systems, and this caused part of the problems. Still should not have taken two months for this to happen. Will not order from them again.

First and last time ordering

This was our first time ordering, and it was a hassle. We did have to order again since the clothes did not fit. In addition, we had to pay shipping which was not cheap to return them back. The deliveries did take some time to get to us. The way that it was packed was not pleasing to the eye. It looked as though it was just thrown into the packages/boxes, both times. Overall, we don't think that we'll be ordering from there again.

Excellent service from Ruel!!

Excellent service from Ruel! There was an issue with a shirt not fitting correctly and he provided a quick response and solution. Super easy to work with and great prices too!!!

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering , poor customer service , still can’t get a answer as to when I will get my order or even a call , email nothing and it’s over the 12 to 15 day . If this is how you treat customers I won’t be ordering again

Customers have to pay to ship back to company if merch don’t fit

I am going to give this company to star rating the reason is that this company obviously offers online shopping. And with that being said their quality is Great I even got an embroidery on my shirt perfect I’m actually gonna order more shirts. I don’t think I’m gonna order more shirts from this company because they actually make you pay to ship your items back to them if they do not fit. Just be aware of this because if you have a large order and your order doesn’t work out then you have to pay for all of that to go back to them or you’re just stuck with an order of nothing that fits you I find it kind of unacceptable

Please accept our apologies. While we try to ship next day, we have had major interruptions to the supply chain du to Covid. Factory production is almost at a standstill. The manufacturer Red Kap is having issues from limited production to lack of supplies of buttons, fabric, zippers, etc. Factories have been closed on and off again due to employee outbreaks. Our customer service team should have reached out to you and explained the delay. Some sizes we have hundreds available and other sizes we have been out and on national backorder for weeks. Red Kap shirts

Red Kap shirts, shirts had no packaging other than the cardboard box they appeared to have been shoved into, poor quality fabric and one was tan when I ordered gray. Although I did not mention the color issue when I called, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping. I will just chalk it up to a lack of research on my part. Disappointed!!😕

Noemi was a good customer help.

We have been ordering from AW now for about 10 year. Have had virtually no problem. Noemi was always very helpful and got things done. I understand she is no longer with AW. That's too bad. Will miss her.

The pants I bought while working at…

The pants I bought while working at speedy smog are trash first I ordered size 46 waist and 31 inseam which is my size according the fact work clothes are tighter than jeans instead they were way to baggy and foolish looking. Then I ordered 44×30 which fit ok at first then I washed them and they faded color drastically and don't feel new whatsoever. I bought a total of 10 work pants which are not good anymore in a matter of one month. What you can do is give me a refund and contact me by email at Kxwil at yahoo.com. I do not give a hell when I purchased the pants work clothes are guaranteed for a long time. I purchased the first 5 pairs through the company credit card for speedy smog and the next five to the same address a week later using my personal credit card. The owner of the company has already vouged in my behalf to you when he saw your post to him. He did not like the way the first 5 fit and basically told me to order some more. I have been in occupations were you need work clothes since 2000 and know how they should fit. The first 5 were to big based on the fact work clothes are a little tighter than regular clothing. I barely used the pants and as I stated earlier the are substandard quality. A company of your stature should gladly offer a refund not argue with the customer your conduct is reprehensible. Next step will be a Yelp.

Your account shows you never called or emailed us about any problems with that order. At this point there is little that we can do for you, as your order was placed last year. Shirt sized wrong - M same as XL

The shirts were labelled as medium and extra large (as ordered), but all of them were the same size - very big. The neck sizes were all small but the body size was very large.

product was great and service was good

product was great and service was good, with exceptions to the embrodery. I ordered 9 shirts and all were good, but some of the lettering got closer to the end then the other shirts. I spoke with them and told them to do it no matter what, but just don't understand why some can be perfect while others are off, otherwise great product and service and I will purchase again. I hope the shirts last as long as the other Red Kap shirts i used for years.
