Please accept our apologies. On 5/15 you placed an order with our website, FedEx shows delivery on 5/17. On 5/21 you emailed us that you never received your package, based on your email it was possible FedEx mis delivered. On 5/24 we processed a replacement order and per your request had it shipped directly to your local FedEx office. FedEx tracking #037205668419469, shows that on 5/30 you refused the package at the FedEx facility and is now being returned to us. We are not sure what the issue is, but we have refunded your entire purchase and this order is cancelled. Please accept our apologies. Thank you, Kevin.

As good as Amazon
I ordered Red Kap pants and shorts. Shorts were on backorder and I was given option to cancel or wait. I waited. In both cases products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I think the pricing is competitive and was able to receive my exact size which is all I need. Very impressed. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. I have ordered several times in the past and when I placed this order I chose a different font in error. When processing the order they noticed the difference and called me to double check the font and was able to correct my error before it was too late.

I think the products I received turned…
I think the products I received turned out pretty awesome. The only thing I had even an issue with was the sew sample. Why you ask? Its a timing thing. If it were possible to look at the the sample online or digitize it and put the sample together online so the customer could see it online before the order is placed it would make things go a lot easier and quicker on the customers end.
