I have been buying from them for about…

I have been buying from them for about 15 years now. Service is great but red cap shirts and pants are becoming smaller than the size marked. Guess less material = more profit. Will have to find another supplier

Please accept our apologies. Red Kap produces a large variety of shirts and pants to fit a wide variety of body type. They range from a tight athletic fit to a generous oversized fit, skinny to plus sizes. All our products come with a 60 day return policy. Hello Nick,

Please accept our apologies that you are not happy with your purchase. The 100% cotton shirts you purchased are wrinkle resistant, not wrinkle proof. Shirts should be dried on low to medium heat setting and removed from the dyer and immediately hung for best results. Cotton wrinkles the easiest, there are many newer fabrics, such a Ripstop that are lightweight and cooler than cotton with greater wrinkle resistant properties. The reason customer service could not take your order back is that you had them embroidered. Again, our apologies. Thank you, Kevin

I had an issue with backordered items

I had an issue with backordered items. Kevin shipped them immediately and credited my account the full amount. Thats true customer service. I ordered more and will continue to do so.
