The delivery was expensive and time from order to delivery was 7 days. Product fine just would have expected to receive goods in 2 to 3 days.

I placed and order and mot long after placing the order I cancelled it using their withdrawal form via email as they state in their terms and conditions at the bottom of the order I placed. I get an email the day after stating they are shipping my order. I called them and was told they never recieved my email which I then forward onto them whilst on the phone to prove, I was then told it would be a minimum of 24 hours to cancel. Either way you can't cancel without them sending it first and they won't stop the dispatch. Horrible company first and last time I will be shopping with them.
I sent them an email they never got, I resent them the email and now they want me to send another email with the same information, dodgy company who have no positive customer experience and care only about negating negative feedback. Incompetence!

Placed an order 3 days ago. Paid 3 x the amount in delivery charges than the part cost. Didn’t see an option to not take the “optional” returns insurance and so far? Nothing. I have received no order acceptanace which. As the following text from my order acknowledgement states
“
This order acknowledgement is to inform you that we have received your order. It does not represent acceptance of your order or conclusion of a contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or dispatching the goods within two days.” clearly I can only assume that I have wasted my money my order hasn’t been accepted and it isn’t being dispatched. Even responses to reviews on here from Autodoc state they dispatch in 1-2 days clearly not in this case.
I am quite comfortable with where they are based and knew this before I ordered so that is not the issue. The issue is that lack of communications and clearly not dispatching in the timescales THEY put out on their website.
Update. The parts have now arrived. And are all good. They arrived 7 days from ordering. Which is a tad too long considering their website says dispatch
In 1-2 working days. This needs to improve. I will use them again as they are the only site where I can get the parts for my camper van which is to their credit.

Average rating as part was correct but lack of delivery dates when checking out needs to be improved. No options for delivery method .

Item was ‘in stock’ but delivery was almost a week. In an age of next day (or so) delivery, this was very Frustrating. Site did not make delay apparent, I assume it is in the ‘small print’ off the order/payment pages.

This company is in Germany they setup this UK domain to appear to be in the UK. It takes them a minimum of 2 days to hand over your order to a courier even when it is in stock and then you have to wait for it to ship from Germany.
