Dishonest
Dishonest, the website is a co.uk site when really they are AUTODOC based in Germany (Look at their reviews as well). They advertise "Super speedy service" I am still waiting five working days later! I emailed them and the excuse given "this delay it was caused by recent political and pandemic restrictions in UK" The UK parted with the EU two years ago and the pandemic has been running for two years, not exactly "recent" I have no issues dealing with other countries in and out of the EU. Avoid avoid avoid. Customer care this is the order 57971700 have a look and start conducting your business properly.

Not a problem from first contact till my order landed on my doorstep. Tracked my parcel all the way and that was the first time I had attempted to track anything.
