I placed my order on the15th June still not received delivery yet. But have been contacted by Autoparts and they have confirmed delivery this week which is within approx delivery time of 10 days. so thank you for update and look forward to delivery of item.

so, you order a part - they say it's in their delivery system - 13 days later it's still in Germany - you ask for your money back - they refuse and tell you to send the part back for a refund. so if they never send the part they keep your money... Be warned.....

Good service. Would definitely order again if i need more parts in the future!

The goods were specially ordered for us and when the goods were received, we were
immediately notified by email.
Since we came from far outside and could not pick up the item in the next few days, the item was stored for us for a few weeks.
And all the effort for a low-priced item of a few euros.
That was not the first time and this service is not offered to us everywhere.
Great and thanks for that.

Ordering from Autopartspro for me was a risk at beginning because I did not know the firm. Once I ordered I find them very professional. My package was visible online from the day it was sent to me. Opening the package I found a product of very good quality, well protected in transport. In future if needed something more for my car I will order from Autopartspro.

I am not one to complane, as i have previouly worked in direct mail supply chain.
However my experience Autopartspro.co.uk is not good.
I Ordered engine valves for a Corsa that were in stock for fast 3-4 day delivery. Only to find out after the order was accepted the company was not .co.uk but in Germany.
Early communication was good but since the parts were collected by carrier gls. The tracking shows they have not moved. After 11 days and no delivery and no parts movement from the gls depot, I have email 3 times and only had the response, 'no delivery is due to brexit and covid'. However other suppliers I have used don't seem to have the same problem.
I have now asked for a confirmed delivery date or a refund as non delivery after giving 3 times the quoted delivery time it is clearly unacceptable and a Breach of supplier contract.
If you can source your parts elsewhere I would.
Update.
Parts turned up after 15 days.
Collected day after order.
Held in EU 14 days. No tracking update for 13 days.
Once in UK, delivered by Parcel Force in 1 day.
Autoparts pro did always respond to emails but could not advise on delivery date.
Summary.
Parts were as described and a fit for the car.
Website and communication good. Just let down by delivery.
If ordering allow 15-20 days from order to receive goods.

I'm pleased to say, that after far more messages, far higher up the management food chain than should have been necessary, I got my refund of £158.45. It's not a huge amount of money, I can't see why, when the order had been cancelled, there should be any problem doing that, but I was being offered what the Americans call "store credit" no, thank you, I'm entitled to a refund, and that's what I expect. I recommend the europa.eu youreurope citizens shopping guarantees-returns web site if anyone's in doubt about their distance shopping rights even now. (and I hope we here in the UK treat mainland European customers as well as they ought to be treated, too, respecting their rights)

Ordered some suspension parts on Monday, believing the company had a UK presence... autopartspro.co.uk led me to believe that.
Friday now, no suspension parts, no notification of them having been shipped, and, from this site, it appears they'll be shipped from Germany, which will cause delays and probably extra costs. Meanwhile, preparing for an MOT, I'm stuck, and if the wrong parts are delivered, returns will be an issue...
I dare not order from an alternative supplier (who'd have had parts that would have done the job, though not the Monroe manufactured ones these offered "from stock") in case the ones I ordered arrive in the next few days. Sachs or Bilsteins would have done...
If you need rapid communication and delivery from a supplier, this isn't the one, I'm afraid. If the parts were really ex stock, I'd have been advised of shipping by now, surely?
I see "Covid" and "Brexit" have been used as excuses to other contributors. Covid, I accept, "Brexit" wouldn't have been an issue had they been upfront about their location in Germany. While I was a "remainer", I'd still have avoided ordering from Europe because of the likely consequences brought upon us by "leavers"... Thanks guys... (Irony or sarcasm, directed at leavers, in case some don't recognize it...)
Oh, and now I realize the parts may be shipped from Germany, I really don't want them, (because of the possible issues with returns) but I do want (all) my money back, and confirmation of same, so I can get my parts locally, in a timely manner...
I've just found an email sent to me on Wednesday in my spam folder. These guys charged my card on Monday, yet asked for more details on Wednesday, without which they can't fulfill my order... If you think about it, given the parts costs vary with the car variant, how can they have charged the correct amount? They asked for the model type and my registration at the time of "sale"
I've purchased (knowingly) from Germany in the past, with no problems, but this time, I just didn't know I was buying from abroad.
========================================
Trustpilot have asked if I'll edit my review in the light of a message from the supplier, Autopartspro. UK.
Well, they asked if I'd like to cancel my order, to which I responded "yes". since then, I've not had confirmation of cancellation, nor of the return of my payment. I'm still of the opinion that using a ".UK" domain is misleading at the moment. I have never had an issue in respect of dealing with European companies in the past, but presently, things aren't running smoothly, are they?
Not their fault, or mine, but parts are needed right now, not when customs deign to release them, hence my cancellation, rather than continue. (the parts were never shipped, since the supplier needed more details) so there ought to be no issue refunding. The prices at which the agreement to purchase was made were good... But if customs apply a charge, maybe not so good. £150+ wasn't bad for the right parts delivered last week, but they weren't...
Once I get my money back, I may rethink, but if not...
Update, 03/02/21
Autopartspro.UK are offering an instore credit... "we'll hang on to your money, you can spend it with us later" despite EU regulations on "cooling off" periods (14 days) and the obligation to provide a refund within 14 days, they seem to want to hang on to my payment. Really disappointing. Never mind, their directors are contactable, and the European Union's online disputes procedure seems straightforward, (and easily found on the net) but why not just provide a refund without the hassle? It's not as if they'd shipped the goods...
Updated 17:50 3rd February 2021.
I think I may be being ignored... No response to previous message.

I placed an order on the 7th January 2021 with standard shipping, which according to their website is 'Fast' and usually within 3-4days. They allegedly shipped on the 11th January, but according to the tracking nothing has been sent. As of the 21st January I have received nothing and they have not replied to my emails querying the order.
Do not be lulled into a believing that they are UK based (as all of their website is in sterling and describes shipping within the UK), as they are in Germany.
Poor communication and lack of fulfilment of the order means I can not recommend this company or their service.

The parts eventually arrived but too late to be of use due to problems with customs. Very prompt refund. I would use again, but only once Brexit customs issues are resolved.

The part I ordered was a the lower sliding door bracket and it arrived very swiftly from Germany to the UK, however the part is for a LHD not a RHD - no where on the website did it state this.. so after a lot of back and fore with Autopartspro! they do not sell one for a RHD, I still have the part on my desk as the cost is too high to post it back to German. I hoped this company would save me time and money.. but sadly not and it was highly recommended too.
