Useless company, useless staff, definitely not recommend them.
I did ordered in 11 of May, they send me wrong item and they promised me to pick it up next day and send me quick good one. Is 07 of June and they still didn't picked up the item, I did refused good item, because they email me, they can't provide good one yet and I need to wait another few days... I'm waiting for refund and they told me, only after they will get the tyre back. And they keep promise a lit things on phone calls and on emails they keep saying nobody made any promises. Totally disappointed about this fu***ng Germany company... Go away and sell your stuff in your country then.

Nearly 3 week wait. Order cancelled as I can't rely on tyres being delivered before they are needed for the mot. Frustrating as they claim 90% of orders are delivered within 8 working days. That must include deliveries in Germany judging by the reviews on here. Will not use again. Would rather pay an extra few pounds for a reliable service.

Although these were the cheapest tyres I could find. What they don't explain is they will be coming from Germany and will be held in customs for pretty much 2.5 weeks. This is where I put my cancelation in asked for my money back, as I was not prepared to wait 2.5 weeks and could not get my money back until they have gone back to the warehouse, which I find a bit ridiculous. The tyres are fine but only if you are prepared to wait a long time while wondering if you will get your moneys worth.

I had to replace 2 wheels on my wifes Fiat Panda, and having exhausted the second hand searches, this was the first place that came up online, with amazingly cheap prices. I ordererd 2 wheels, I received good communication throughout and the wheels arrived within the set timespan. The boxes the wheels came in were sturdy and intact, but the internal protective was terrible, with only one block of loose polystyrene flapping about in each box providing no use at all. The wheels were of a good painted finish, with all of the relevant specification markings on them. Other than the packaging, I have had a good service and would buy from them again.
They loose a star due to the poor packaging.

autopink is far from the description on there web site (Autopink the best tire-buying service ever) and getting a refund is a joke. please aviod at all cost better to pay more and get the tyres you order.

So.... Basically they say your tyres are in stock and give you a delivery time of about a week.... What they don't tell you is there shipped from the warehouse overseas and get held in customs for upto 7 weeks.... Pointless.

This is a sister company of Mytyres.co.uk and after 4 weeks of waiting I wish I had seen their reviews earlier. Lets just say I think everyone is not very happy with them.
From that i have chosen to cancel my order.

I ordered from on the 18th June
was mark to be expected delivery 21st June
called today on the 7th July got told its a customs issue even thought dpd state they do not even have the order yet only the order information.
I am not willing to wait any longer and have submitted a cancellation form, even that is have errors going through.

I would rather more for a better expirence and to actually have an order arrive when a company say's it will.

Waste of time and not worth using!

Never ever use this company or company's connected to it ! It may seem cheaper but its for a reason. You don't get your tyres and you spend weeks emailing trying to get your money back (iv still not got mine back) KEEP CLEAR ☠

Ordered tyres from this seller. This is my second and LAST TIME Im dealing with this company. They are THE WORST tyre seller ever. First time I had the same experience. The told me the order will be delayed than I called them they said it will be delivered monday 1str of march afetr waiting for delivery conformation I gave them a call today just to hear that there will be further delay of my order, they promised me to get and update by the end of the day (today 1st of march 2021) there's no any email, order update what so ever. I will urge everyone to refrain from ordering from this seller. First of all their customer service is HORRIBLE their service agents are absolutely worthless and NOT willing to help anyone. They are based un the EU and all their orders come from there. In other words DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you don't want experience the same as Im going trough. I will do everything to AVOID this company.

Don’t normally leave reviews but thought this was great service so only fair.

Ordered 4 x new tyres 29/12/20 at 11:00am and they arrived the next day at 11:30am.

Can’t say anymore really. Would use again.

2nd time I’ve used Autopink. Quick and efficient service, ordered via website and communication was clear and concise. Product turned up in a decent time frame and cheaper than elsewhere I shopped.

Best price on runflat tyres, delivered quickly, emails kept me up to date, fitting station was excellent as well and again with great price for fitting and friendly quick service (Stonehouse tyres and exhausts).
Would recommend, and will use again.

Dreadful company. Took two weeks to arrive and stupidly I didnt check tyres before getting fitted. One was damaged on side wall.....now going through rigmoral of getting tyre returned and replaced (politely informed me I may be charged for damaged tyre - I dont think so).....other tyre was/is over three years old. Informed as fitted to the car even though they say all tyres they sell are under two years old it's basically tough. All communication is painfully slow.

I’ll keep this as fact based as I can.

6th December 2019. I ordered 4x BFGOODRICH tyres. Total price £468.80. Order confirmed and payment taken in full.
AutoPink reply “we will notify you by email about an estimated delivery date as soon as the goods leave our warehouse”
6th December 2019. The order is passed on the the warehouse “we will keep you informed about the future processing of your order”
11th December 2019. After hearing nothing from AutoPink shop I managed to ‘log in’ to their customer section and found out “we are sorry to inform you that the items you have ordered were not available”. I then had to call them and request a refund. When I logged back in to the customer section the status said “cancelled order. Repayment transfer time: tomorrow”
13th December 2019. Called again regarding the refund and was told “it would be today before 9pm”
14th December 2019. Sent a message via their web page asking what was going on.
16th December 2019. Received a reply to my message sent informing me that the refund was processed on the 14th December.
16th December 2019. Received an email from PayPal informing me of the refund.

AutoPink are quick to take payment but very slow at issuing a refund. They would have known on the 6th December that they did not have the items I ordered. They sent me no information, I had to battle my way through their customer log in process to get info but still had to call to arrange a refund.

They had £468.80 of my money in their account for 10 days.

I wonder how long this would have dragged on for had I not had the time to chase them up. They claim they processed the refund on the 14th December but as a customer I don’t care what AutoPink classify as ‘processed’ it just matters to me when the money teaches my account so I can buy the tyres I needed from another supplier.

I am aware of the part I played in this situation. I read the reviews and thought they must be grumpy people being too particular leaving one star and went ahead with the order. Frustratingly they were only £1.75 cheaper than the company which will deliver the tyres I wanted tomorrow. I’ve spent way more than that in phone calls and it’s taken hours and hours with nothing to show for it.

I would never use or refer AutoPink (or any of their many sister companies (all under the trading name Delticom Tyres Ltd) to anyone.

I would advise you to stay well away and spend your hard earned money with a decent firm.

I have used Autopink four times and they have delivered within 2 days each time. Top quality tyres delivered to my front door. I live in a coastal village in Cornwall with a post code that is hard to find, yet they deliver. I do a lot of research before buying online and so far haven't been able to find better prices or delivery than Autopink.

Easy online ordering, great pricing and arrived earlier than expected via dpd and they kept me updated with delivery progress along the way. Would highly recommend

Very stressful in the end, ordered tyres through autopink but as I don’t do bank transfers as requested,eventually worked out how to pay by visa debit. Success, ( or so I thought) ordered processed & delivery date of circa 4days confirmed by autopink, Fine. Tyres actually arrived in two days, excellent service. Then, after order was complete ,checked bank statement only to find payment was taken by MYTYRES.CO.UK ehhh.??? Then umpteen emails for Deltilog Ltd asking for bank transfer payment before order can be completed, ehh???Then umpteen requests from Mobilemech, WHAT??? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE ??? I’ve ordered many items online from fridge freezers to furniture in a simple visa transaction without tress. This group of companies need to get their communication house on order, never again ☹️☹️☹️

One of the best price but ordered on the 18th Feb, despatched almost a week later on 24th, delivered on 27th. They give you a tracking number but no carrier name so basically you can not track orders even if you follow their link. Tried different carrier websites but no succes. All these held me back from servicing the car when planned, as other parts ordered from somewhere else already arrived within 2 days of ordering. Being registered in England near Oxford, thought they will have a warehouse in there and parts will be dispatched from there thinking it will take regular 3-5 days to be delivered but when parts were received it seemed like they were sent from Germany (explaining the delay). Parts were ok though and as described.
