Good prices, reasonable delivery times and notifications.
Only negative was advertised local fitting price was way out of date and this impacts overall pricing comparisons.

Good price but! Ordered on the 16th Jan, still hadn't been despatched from their warehouse on the 23rd, finally delivered on 29th. Communications from this company are appalling - to get delivery info you have to request the info and can only do once in 24 hours. To make matters worse this seems to be poorly updated. Send them an email you eventually get a response that tells you nothing. Next time I'll pay slightly more and get some customer service.

The prices offered by the company are very good however after waiting for 4/5*days no delivery arrived. made contact to be told they were in stock but they would not be dispatching them from the warehouse till the following week with scheduled delivery by end of that week. Contact made following week to be advised they were waiting for the tyres to arrive from a company in Germany. Order cancelled and ordered same product through Oponeo.

The tyres and wheels I ordered arrived in excellent condition, well wrapped with all fitments in a box Inside the rim of one of the wheels. The wheels were properly balanced and the tyres were pressured correctly for my vehicle.

The reason for not giving five stars is that delivery was a little slower than expected and exact dates were not given until dispatched. Once the dispatch had occurred all was good. They used DPD which meant I could change delivery day to my liking once they hit a UK DPD hub.

If the company could provide more meaningful updates between order and dispatch, that would have helped.

I phoned 5 days after my order to get an update as I had not received a dispatch note. There was an issue with my postcode so they could not bill me which they did not inform me about, but had noted it on the day of my order.

Everything is via computer so I was unable to pay over the phone. I was told to make a new order and wait another 5 days for delivery.

AutoPink are part of Delticom (mytyres, Tyres guru) so I can only assume all companies supplying tyres from Delticom are as bad as they go through to the same call centres.

Very poor service - I would not recommend AutoPink or Delticom.

Ordered 4 Continental tyres by phone and was told over 20 in stock.
Next day received email stating these were out of stock and no deliveries expected in near future.
Checked with website and tyres still being offered but surprise surprise over double the price !!!
If they had claimed a pricing error on their site I would not have been happy but would have understood that mistakes do happen.
Perhaps this is a ploy to sell more expensive items.
I don’t like being lied to and feel they cannot be trusted - shame can’t give no stars.

I can't recommend this company highly enough .fast delivery .great price . these tyres I've bought before but not at such a great price .will definitely use again
