It was easy to book a car, no hidden costs
It was easy to book a car, the price was reasonable (no hidden costs), and the pickup was quick (I received a different, similar model, but unfortunately, it had a slightly smaller trunk, which was important for me with four suitcases). The return of the car was quick and hassle-free. I will definitely use them again.

Not very nice
Try to rent a car from Tenerife south Airport between 25th April and 1st May. First email, no seat arena available. Another booking for seat ibiza next day. Second email, no cars available. I think they should tell me on the first email, no cars available. Spent my time for nothing....

By far the easiest transaction in renting a car i have experienced, from collecting the car at Lanzarote airport, no queueing, helpful staff and got the car in a timely fashion after a 4 hour flight. Car was very nice and clean. Also seamless returning the car, easy drop off of car and continue on my journey. Would highly recommend

Easy, well priced economical rental cars.
A duff battery at 1am put a stop to my travels and there's nobody answering calls at that time in the morning.
Midday the same day a duff battery had been diagnosed and my car replaced. Thanks Pedro.
