They came out did the job, were polite and we’re very thorough would definitely recommend them.

Autoremedy were brilliant, I have an imported car and wanted a load of work doing on it to make sure it was up to standard. After calling a few garages it was obvious that parts were difficult to source, one booked me in and after a 2 week wait and taking it in, let me down badly.

Autoremedy were able to source the parts and kept in touch with me the whole way to let me know what was going on and only confirmed they could get me in once they had all the facts.

The work was done swiftly and was a really hassle-free experience, I had one issue with the car due to it's age (more than anything they had done) after the work had been done, but they were more than fair and sorted this issue out quickly.

I would highly recommend Autoremedy to anyone looking for an honest and capable mechanic, James and his team were top-notch.

I was told well in advance of the costs and when they could do the work. The two mechanics were friendly, professional and very efficient. They kept me up to date with everything that they were doing and managed to change the clutch and flywheel when promised. They found some other faults like rusty bolts that needed drilling out but this didn’t present a problem to them.

No extra charges that I was worried about as extra issues were found.

Outcome was good, the rear brake problem being resolved with the fitting of the requested high-quality parts for a reasonable price (£100+ less than the main dealer wanted to charge). There had been good communications between myself and Autoremedy on the parts situation in between the booking being made on ClickMechanic and the work being done (thank you James).

I had a 2-4pm slot on a Friday and was about to make contact when the Autoremedy van arrived at 15:55. They were running late because of previous jobs. This was accepted (particularly given the COVID-19 situation) but it would have been good to have got a call to let me know that there was a delay. The work itself took 20mins.

My only remaining disappointment was that the wheels were put back on using a power tool rather than by hand using a torque wrench (having had the thread on three wheel bolts stripped when a well-know tyre dealer did this carelessly on a family car it is something I normally flag but as they were trying to play catch-up I kept quiet).

I was given a good explanation at the end regarding taking care with braking for the first 100 miles or so.

Autoremedy were recommended to me by my father in law and I had my front brakes done and It was a very quick and easy process with Autoremedy. The prices in my opinion are fantastic compared to the main dealers. I’ve asked loads of questions and they were answered straight away and even the mechanic himself showed me a few things to help me for next time ( whilst being socially distant of course) and I’ve got some more work booked in already. Would totally recommend and I will do so. Great stuff!!!!

Very good , a great Assessment on the phone, came and done a good job . I certainly will be using them again if I require them.
