Unprofessional from the mechanic to the customer manager Alex! Be Aware!!!!! They fit a wrong part of alternator !!!!!!!!!Mechanic put tap water on the cooling system totally unprofessional corrosive the entire system!forgot to change the alternator belt as well! 570£ Witch it’s a totally fraud! Don’t leave them to touch your car.book yourself with a garage or order a platform instead throwing the money away!

Got quotes online for a replacement clutch and booked a date for them to come out to home and carry out the job. Customer service was fantastic, I was kept up to date with any issues. The man that came was very polite, well informed and carried out the job extremely efficiently. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed.

My mobile mechanic, James, was polite and very thorough. When a mystery noise was heard at the end of the job he would not leave until he had dealt with it. He kept his cool and explained everything. I would use him again.

Jason, the mechanic arrived at exactly the time agreed. He was personable and friendly. He got on with the job and didn't need anything that he didn't bring with him. he completed the job with quiet confidence and I felt that he knew what he was doing and he got on and did it.

Booked me in quickly and easily, great customer service and great value for money. Friendly mechanic was quick to complete the job and offered some great free advice.

Older cars can be difficult but Jason was not perturbed and did a first rate job.

Jason came in to change the break pads and discs of my Toyota Aygo.

He finished the job in 40 mints at my home so I didn’t have to go out.

Prays and labour came with 12 months warranty and were exactly the same as original ones with reasonable price.

No complaints what so ever. Thanks guys, a job well done!

They did a fantastic job and I didn’t have to go anywhere they came to my house, it was even cheaper than my local garage. Definitely would recommend using them.

I used Auto Remedy for a clutch replacement. I booked the appointment with James, who was a joy to deal with & Jason was the mechanic who did the work, I cannot praise highly enough, he was efficient, polite, friendly & just got the job done. My car now drives like a dream. The price quoted at the get go was the price I paid, which was a lot cheaper than other quotes I was given. Came highly recommended by a friend,rang in the morning as my crankshaft pulley need replacing. James took my call and explained everything to me including cost and possible extras if damage had been caused to other parts. mechanic James came out in the afternoon and fixed it. professional job, very polite and helpful would highly recommend A* service.
