Fast,efficient and affordable, had brake pads and discs fitted today, this garage is so professional completed the job and looked at another fault I had requested and told me when it could be done , I am so pleased with their work this is now my number one regular garage, thank you all.

Broke down on Wednesday recovery truck as car won't go into gear they picked it up from my house on Friday delivered it back on Tuesday new clutch flywheel and car runs like a dream

Had my timing belt replaced through these guys. Jason came to my office and worked on my car in the carpark so was really convenient. He is super friendly, and completed the work in just over 2 hours.

Jason come out and did an initial diagnostic visit, i know nothing about cars and he explained it all to me in a language i understood. James was quick to call with a quote and an estimated timeline. The timeline was delayed but james kept me updated and explained what was happening and why. Jason come out to do the work and he explained to me what happened and what he was now doing. He was very polite, friendly and was very quick with his work.
When i got the quote i initially rang around a few places to see if this was a good price,as i said i know nothing about cars. They were by far the cheapest and then learnt that they had gone above and beyond to make sure it didn't happen again-i was blown away. I will only ever be using these guys in the future can not recommend them enough.

James and Jason at Auto Remedy, what great guys, they did a job for me, that had a problem due to unforeseen circumstances, But James was amazing bent over backwards to sort things out, communication was really good, i would definitely recommend Auto Remedy as someone you can trust which is a little unusual from my previous experiences of Garages

Twice let down for a job having waited in all day the first time, agreed a second day and then let down again, had to chase the company both times to get updates, first time using Autoremedy and click mechanic and not impressed at all.

Many thanks to James who took our call and a huge thanks to Jason who came our house to change our gearbox and clutch on our Fiat 500.

Jason came out yesterday and replaced the cambelt, water pump, brake fluid and pollen filter on my car. Lovely guy, really friendly and he was great with my 3 year old son who was fascinated by all the goings on. As a single parent to two young children it was so convenient to have everything done from home.
James booked everything in over the phone in advance, and I was given all the prices upfront. He was really helpful and zero pressurised sales techniques that you sometimes find at other places.
Really glad I've found these guys and will definitely be using them again. Would highly recommend.

Jason came on time and fitted the High Pressure Fuel Pump on my Peugeot RCZ he did a outstanding job on it. He knew what he was doing and I am very happy with the job done on my car it’s running fine. I also received very good customer service from James I would recommend these guys and now I know who to call if I have any further problems with my car.

Unprofessional from the mechanic to the customer manager Alex! Be Aware!!!!! They fit a wrong part of alternator !!!!!!!!!Mechanic put tap water on the cooling system totally unprofessional corrosive the entire system!forgot to change the alternator belt as well! 570£ Witch it’s a totally fraud! Don’t leave them to touch your car.book yourself with a garage or order a platform instead throwing the money away!
