Excellent, they were very reasonably priced and came when they said they would and my car was in perfect condition. Very easy to set everything up and they showed up right away.

Really good service in limited amount of time, my car didn't suffer any damage, had the opportunity to have a conversation with the driver really nice person. Reasonable price not the cheapest but for the quality of the service and the amount of time saved it was worth it.

I have had two great experiences this year. I will use them again when needed.

I was referred to this company by a co- worker and they were awesome. After calling several companies and being told my car would be picked up the next day and it wasn't and every time I would call back I was told tomorrow. I called auto Transport123 and my car was picked up the next day with no problems and the driver was very nice. I personally will be referring this company to all my friends and will utilize this company for future vehicle transports. The are dependable and honest unlike some other companies who just increased the bid after telling you one price.

The delivery went well. I was worried that it would not but it went just a day after the first available date and was delivered safely. This was a covered delivery also and there were problems since it was an old car with no brakes.

Pawned off on people who did not speak english...fiasco

People were very helpful and personable. I had a really good experience with this company and this is the first vehicle I have had transported.

All details were handled professionally, and with honesty. I had heard of stories where one price is quoted and then demand more at time of delivery. Although the transport driver thought he was to collect a COD amount from his destination receiver, AutoTransport 123 quickly clarified with the driver and situation resolved. Hopefully my car never breaks down so far from home again, but if anyone need a reliable transport company, you'll be highly recommended.

I didn't have any issues. But I did have to call and get an update on the destination of the vehicle, although I was told they would call me. Car got there in one piece so that was all I was worried about. In doing my research after the fact I think their price point was kind of high.

Sales serve was excellent. Blaine the driver was very courteous and professional. Thank you and I would use them again.

AutoTransport123 is a broker company. The company that got the job to deliver our car was Kay's Trucking. Their driver, Kevin, was excellent. He kept in constant communication, delivered on time, and not a scratch on the car.

Apparently the auto transport industry calls for excessive deception and to AT123's credit theirs was limited. The vehicle arrived safely and my granddaughter is pleased. As I told Charles, this my first ever evaluation of this sort and I'm doing it because I said I would. Thanks for your service.

Pros: Very courteous driver. Car was picked up and dropped off with utmost care. No damage or scratches to the car whatsoever. Perfectly on-time delivery and drop-off.
Cons: Could not communicate quite very well in English, aside of that no complains with the service.

Additional comments from experience:
Auto Transport123 are any day better than Montaway. Montaway is extremely unreliable in their service. They scheduled my drop off in a time frame of a week and then automatically canceled my drop off via email on the day the car was to be picked up, took money out of my account and then I had to get a refund from them later.

WORST experience ever! This company is a joke...they are rude, have terrible customer service and are just plain NASTY. I would never work with them again nor would I ever recommend them to a friend. There are not enough words in the english language to truly describe what an awful experience this was. Branden Mulqueen is a liar (he reminds me of a dirty car salesman)...do yourself a favor and save yourself a whole lot of aggravation. DO NOT DEAL with these people they are lying amateurs with no sense of people skills.

driver on time,very friendly and explained process to my satisfaction.car arrived on time and same condition that it was when loaded.i would recommend this company to anyone and i would use them again .

Having spent more than 30 years in the military, I have arranged the movement of multiple vehicles. This was my worst experience by far. The carrier missed two deadlines, thereby creating significant disruption to my travel schedule. Then, to make matters worse, AutoTransport123 increased the (contract) price by $180. I cannot recommend this organization. I urge you to use another service/carrier.

They took for ever to find some one to do the job. It didn't happen until I waited out the 10 days. Then called some one else to do it.

Scheduled driver in one day and car was delivered two days later. Excellent service! By far, miles ahead of numerous other transport companies I have dealt with in the past. Driver was very professional and courteous.

Was extremely disatisfied not only by the services but by the way I was treated by staff. Was told by Anthony he could pick up and deliver by a certain date as this was a wedding gift. After the date had came and passed and after the wedding had came and passed and my item was not delivered I was upset. I was hung up on by Janine the manager and was refused the owner of the companies name. I was told this was a family owned and operated business and also thought they would be handling pick up and delivery. Come to find out they are a broker. Once the item finally arrived the driver had a cash on delivery contract that I was completely unaware of. I paid the driver and auto123 had called his company while I was standing there and told him not to give me the item. Auto123 said they sent me an email with information that never came. I asked for them to resend it and for the owner of the companies name again and was repeatedly hung up on. I would never recommend this company and do your research!!!!!!
