Very last minute and frustrating with no phone calls from them. I had to micromanage the process.

Car was delivered on the date promised and at the low price quoted. Car was delivered in fine shape as expected. Driver was able to delivered car to my condo which was a hard place for a semi to navigate with it's narrow streets and sharp turns but he made it no problem. I drove a semi for 5 years after getting out of Marines and I recommended to his dispatcher that it might be better to unload at an easier location but I was wrong. Great job. Friendly sales reps and dispatcher.

Had to make way too many phone calls interacting with the people there. Made empty promises. Just not happy with the run around.

Third time using the AutoTransport123 service for cross-country transport - transport of vehicle was once again excellent - working with driver went smoothly and communication was excellent (on both ends). Earlier ratings were 5-star - this time it is 4-start since I was disappointed on communication from the AutoTransport123 on firming up vehicle pick up. It was relatively last minute to hear from AutoTransport123 on pickup.

Totally unexceptable service. They were 5 days late picking the vehicle up and then it took a week to deliver. I dealt with Ross and he lied to me time after time and would not return my calls

I gave one star for the price and one for the drop off. Everything in between that, was a bad experience. I was given the option of a specific date so i chose 10 May. I called on several occasions asking about when my vehicle would be picked up. I was told after the fact that it was a 1-3 day window. If i was told this prior it would mot have been an issue. So 3 days past amd still noone dispatched to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle did not get picked until the 16th in the am with horrible communication between me and the driver. But he did deliver the vehicle at the prescribed time he gave me. All in all, it was a good experience with this company amd i will not recommend them to anybody.

Great service. They walked me thru the process of shipping my car from New Jersey all the way to California. They picked up the car on the day they promised and delivered my car the exact day they promised. My car was intact upon arrival. The price was fair as well.

Got my contract and moved my car quickly and without hassle. I was very pleased.

I wasn't sure how many stars this company deserved because once my car was picked up everything went great, but my only problem was that my van was picked up after I left town. A woman named Michelle told me by phone that my van would be picked up on Sunday. I explained that I was leaving town on Saturday & that a representative from her company had promised me someone would be there on Friday. She said I was told there was a three-day window. I told her no one told me that & without any further explanation she told me "everyone knows that," which I found very rude. My daughter then spoke to Matt & he kept saying that he's required to tell each potential customer there's an open window of when they'd be there, but if that was said, it had to be glossed over because nothing was more important to me than the day of pickup. I would never have made a reservation if there was any way they could come after I was gone. The van arrived in good shape & I tipped the driver -- so the only negative review was that I was never told of this "window" they kept referring to.

My motorcycle arrived safely and in one piece.

Shipping a car across the country made me a bit nervous, but the people at AT123 were helpful with answering my numerous questions. Everything went according to plan, and the car arrived even earlier than expected! I would use this company again if I needed to ship a car.

Professional and on time to pick up vehicle. I would recommend my family and friends to transport their vehicle with this company if they were to do a cross-country move like I did.

Pick up was a few days later than promised but overall very good experience. 4th time I've shipped my vehicles with Dana in Las Vegas at this company.

Verified info before transport started and then shipping costs went up 400.00. The communicatiion was very poor. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
