Arranging the transport through Autotransport123 was easy and the price was competitive. My issues were with the individual from Transport Express who picked up our vehicle. He called late in the afternoon (4:30) to load up our classic car. He knew it was too late to drop it off at the showroom and informed us it would be stored in a secure area overnight. Knowing that it would not be delivered to the secure building at the showroom made me very uncomfortable. Due to overnight rain, part of the interior was wet and had to be treated at the showroom. Additionally, the form I signed before he left did not indicate any observed defects; this was filled out the next day when the vehicle was delivered. Had he showed up and delivered same day, things would have worked out differently, and I wouldn't be writing this kind of a review.

Great service. Great price. Car was pickup and dropped off on time. All the paper work was fast and easy. 2nd time using this company and will continue to use it when needed.

Ross Lied and Stated that my 1970 Chevy would be delivered on Sunday I phone back several times to confirm the delivery time Ross said May 21, 2017 I called the driver and he said that he could not delivery until Dec. 22. 2017 I explain that I was scheduled to leave L.A.X for Chicago Ill. Ross quoted me a price $625.00 the Driver said he could deliver on 5/21/for $625.00 otherwise it would be a Monday Deliver I seeking A reimbursement from Auto Tranport123 Now for $225.00 total cost $825.00 Quote $625.00

These people are thieves. They broke every interior panel, as if they were searching for something. They stole boxes from the trunk containing my grandmothers jewelry and other personal items. Don't use this broker or the trucking company they operate under Sunshine auto transport.

Didn't find out the driver was coming until 2 hours prior. Then god the driver when he arrived at that drop off location he needed to contact my realtor because I was on the road driving cross country. He still continued to contact me, and not her making me play the middle man between the two.

Communication was just bad. My car did arrive safely with no damages.

Other than a day and a half late they did great

The Sales Rep. (Matt) was very friendly and convincing to get me to sign with them. Promised that the car would be delivered when I wanted it delivered which was 7-10 days. Ten days being latest. Well Auto Transport 123 did not communicate with me. I had to keep calling them. They kept telling me, "We have 3-4 people in the area and waiting for one to sign off on the delivery." One girl was even rude saying when we find someone we will call you. This never happened. The car was delivered on the 18th day. The carrier actually called me the day of pick up. No time to make plans for someone to be home. Luckily I worked nights. I didn't get much sleep this day working 12 hr. shifts. He had to hurry and get here in 3 hrs. to get the car before I went to work. Carrier was very friendly and thorough. Spotted a scratch I did not see. Stepson had to pay a late fee at the BMV because of this. I requested a discount and was told they would give me one the next time. Well there is no next time. This was a one time thing for me. I found out later that you can use your car dealer's carrier and it would have been $100 less from IN to TX. Some other Brokers were $100 less also, but Matt was so convincing. Are all their reviews real? Auto Transport 123, No Discount? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This guys at first treat you pretty well and sweeten the deal giving you discounts and stuff like that. Truth to me told these are just transport brokers that contract the actual company that's going to be delivering your car. That being said, all the communication was directly with the transport company and not through AutoTransport123. Moreover, the were not communicative about the status of my car, there is no way to track the cars in real time as advertised and they even missed the delivery date they had promised (even after scheduling the pick up earlier that agreed). Definitely wouldn't recommend this company for future car delivery.

Very displeased with Auto Transport 123! The person who wrote me up said, there are in no way any additional charges but when the vehicle was delivered before they let my elderly father have the car, they charged him an additional charge of 15%, because he chose to use his Debit card!
With there being literally 100's of other companies to choose from this was a deceptive practice. I tried to complain to the company and they were of no help. I will not use Auto Transport 123, any more and I'll spread the word!

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE Auto Transport 123. My cars were picked up a day after the contract said they would be and delivered 2 days late. In addition one of my vehicles had scratches all down the side and the dash board was destroyed. Emailed and called multiple times and have received nothing, AT refuses to accept any responsibility and claims everything must be handled through the carrier. was told there is nothing they can do and to file a claim with my own insurance company. Complete ripoff. If you are considering AT123 think again.

My cars were not picked up on time, then delivered early to the driver's uncle's house, where they sat for 2 days unattended. When we arrived at our home, they would not deliver as promised, so we had to take a $100 taxi ride to get them. I have made numerous calls to get reimbursed but have gotten the run around. Never use this company!

There were communication problems, we were told the car would be delivered to one address, but that wasn't possible but we were not notified of this problem until it was almost too late, if we were notified earlier we could have made other arrangements, which were what we had to do anyway. There communication needs to be fixed.

AT123 was great, Ross kept me informed on the status of my vecle pick up and transport.
