I've never dealt with a worse business operation - almost non-existent customer communication - complete failure to reply to messages & emails. The contractor they used to actually move my car was even worse!! Don't ever use 'end!

Even after I have Cathy on tape (company line recorded) acknowledging and agreeing I need it picked up in two days not just confirmed but picked up they failed to do so. They went on to miss two more pick ups. Very bad company never use them again.

From the first phone call requesting service until both of our vehicles were delivered left us with a wonderful experience. Smooth, flawless, timely, professional describes this family owned business. Would not hesitate to use them again. We will tell our family and friends to rely upon them should they want stress-free experience. The pricing was fair. The driver arrived on time and delivered our vehicles without a scratch. Hats off to a fine company

So my husband and I recently purchased a car from Maryland and we live in Tennessee. We were so scared of the transport process not going smoothly, and frankly didn't know what to expect at all. I spoke with David from the NY office, he was beyond helpful, respectful and just all around a great person to work with!! I would recommend this company again, and will definitely use them for any future transport.

Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to the car's arrival.
Very pleased, highly recommended. Sam answered all my questions and worked with my schedule to get the car shipped quickly. Ray, the driver, was very professional and kept me informed all the way. He arrived for pickup when he said he would be there and even sent pictures of the car in my driveway after he dropped it off.
After a very poor experience with another company, I was hesitant to try it again. Ray and Sam and Autotransport123 completely changed my opinion.

The gave me a quote and didn't hear nothing from them for over three weeks Then they called and gave me another quote $200 more Then they use the credit card from the first quote after he negotiated a $75 decrease on their fee and charge me the full amount of $225 instead of 150 as the price on the 2nd contract. And now they won't respond to my emails or phone calls or text messages

I paid the slightly higher rate (50 dollars more) for a quick pick up. They said it would be picked up by the weekend. They picked it up Friday evening. The driver Nicole was great. She communicated well with me regarding her ETA. I had the car dropped off at a friends' garage so I could go over it. They were impressed with her professionalism. They are in the trucking business as well, and would hire her in a heat beat!

Great experience. They did everything as promised. Would recommend them to my friends.

The driver was professional and respectful. He also explain his route and explain he had a few more pick ups on the way, but he arrived on the day he told me he would be there. He also called me when he was an hour away from my address. I would recommend that driver/company to anyone.

My automobile was delivered several days late. When delivered it was damaged and Joanna and her staff basically gave me the run around. Auto transport is just a broker and not the shipper. They basically got their $200 and disappeared. Calling them was a nightmare.

Very clean and professional transport for my new Indian Roadmaster. I would trust them any day with my prized set of wheels. Great level of communication during travel time and to the door delivery. Courteous and concerned driver. Only gripe is that they went 1 week over their promised pick up time so it took 2 weeks from the time I signed on with them.

I would recommend AutoTransport 123. We were given a 3 day window (Thurs-Sat) and our driver actually said he could pick up Wed if it was ok with us which was perfect. We met him on a Main Street 5 miles from our house for drop off in PA. He delivered as scheduled in TX Monday afternoon at our house. Car had no damage. Driver was available by phone and text and kept us aware of his estimated time of arrival.

Great Service when needed!

This wasn't a good experience. My car was damaged by the driver. One of the hydraulic cylinders was leaking. The switch bix was connected and it wasn't supposed to be. And then the driver lied about it. So the cylinder broke loose after the broken hose waa replaced and broke my back window out. If the driver would have left the switch box disconnected this wouldn't have happened. I told him about it and he lied saying the car was transferred to his truck. I also had to wait an extra day for the car and had to pay $10 more. He was the one who picked the car up!! The cylinder was leaking when he dropped it off. This wasn't good and then to be lied to on top of it was a slap in the face. The hose and fittings cost $40 and the back window cost was $270 this is a cost I shouldn't have had to pay this the driver should be held accountable for the damage to my car. I'm not happy!! No one from this company even called me to see if I was satisfied. This is unacceptable!!! Very disappointed!!!
