DIDN'T PUT OUT THERE TO BE PICKED UP ON TIME

I CONTRACTED ON TUES U PUT IT OUT FOR DRIVERS THE 19TH A MONDAY , WHY? U HELD 3 BUSS DAYS & THERE FORE MADE SHIPMENT BE TO 10 DAY, PROMISE MEN NOTHING , DRIVER WAS GREAT

They told me what they thought I wanted to hear to get my business then renigged on a promise made to cover the first 150 pounds of things we were hauling in the car across country. They took an already stressful situation and made it worse. I think its just the industry, though. If you can avoid having a car transported, do it another way.

From start to finish 123 was all good no problem with any part of the process. The only snag is all the calls e-mails messages from all the other companies.I wish that I had 123's number from the start. I can't recommend 123 any stronger .If you're looking to move your vehicle don't even worry about it. Just go with123. And it will be all good. I would be remiss if I didn't mention" Nicole " she did everything she promised. All I can say is "123 for me"

I needed to have my car transported from western Florida to eastern Massachusetts. My car was picked up and delivered on time. The driver called when he was about 40 minutes out, I met him at a pre arranged location. Service was great.

They didn't get the delivery date correct. They delivered it 6days too early. When I specifically told them I wouldn't be in town. I had to jump through hoops. It wasn't the transporter's fault. It was auto transport 123

Fast to respond to my questions. They used caller ID to look up my info to get to my account before I could tell them who I was.

Having moved around the country multiple times, I can say this was the worst transport RESERVATION experience we've ever had. It wasn't until I told the dispatching office that I had arranged for alternate means for transport my car if AutoTransport123 didn't have my vehicle picked up by early afternoon that a transport was provided. The actual moving of my car was excellent. Just don't rely on the scheduling/dispatch department to honor what you are told about scheduling.

Do not! I repeat, do not patronize this company. They are complete scammers. Their employees lack integrity. My family and I were lied to continuously regarding pick up dates. Initially we were promised that guarantee a specific date, which we later found was not the case.

On time delivery.

We had a fantastic experience working with Auto Transport 123. They performed so quickly and did everything they promised and even faster than promised! They were excellent at communication and this proved to make our circumstance go a lot smoother. Their pricing was very good and so smooth. I have already recommended them to others. They overcharged me $400 then tried to charge an extra 825 to my cc which luckily didn't go threw. Been waiting over a month for my refund. Always put on hold or given false promises that it's being deposited today. And over a month later still no full refund. Ask for customer service and they transfer you back to your agent that messed it up in the first place. Ask for a manager and they give you to janine who is such a rude and groucy person that raises her voice to you and just put a you on hold or transfers you back to your agent. My car sat at the shipping pier for 3 weeks in the open weather because of they're mess up. So my vehicle came late to me. They told me my truck would be delivered on a Sunday and while I was leaving for Vegas on Thursday the delivery person calls and says he's at my house so I had to leave airport to meet him so I missed my flight. All you get is false promises and a bunch of b.s. from autotransport123. They say it's family run and owned. I wonder if the owner knows how his family is ripping his company to pieces. If you don't believe me look up autotransport123 on Facebook and other sites to see how bad the rwviews are. I wish I did before choosing this con artist company.

Very good to work with. I liked the personal phone contact better than the emails and texts from other providers. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Rate was competitive. Service was prompt - actually early pickup and delivery.

I would like to commend Jason and all the other staff I interacted with regarding getting our daughters car shipped from the West Coast to the East Cost where she was in Officer Candidate School with the US Coast Guard.
Everyone was so helpful, sincere, friendly, and very willing to work with us. I felt very comfortable with the arrangements made. Unfortunately, due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances the car did not arrive within the window of time our daughter had available to receive the car. She would not be able to receive it again until four months later, at completion of OCS.
We wondered what now? Well, Jason got to work, arranged to have it stored for us while she was in OCS. On Graduation she found she was to be stationed at a West Coast station. Again Jason got involved and had it brought back to the West Coast at no charge to her!
Thank you Jason and your company!!! You and the company are awesome!

On time pick up, dependable & very helpful from start to finish

They got the job done when others couldn't, on a tough trasport of an inop vehicle. A little disappointed in the infrequent communication. I had to call multiple times to get a status update, and to give them status updates, but they were always very nice and helpful on the phone even when I was pretty frustrated. But I have to give them credit for getting the job done!

This was the the worst experience in terms of customer service and following up. I hope I never require the company's service again. The customer support representatives often do not pick up their phones, put you on hold and disconnect and never call back. My required 12 days to reach its destination which requires a maximum of 3 days - all while the company had no clue where my car was at certain points in the journey. Although the company took the money to ensure that the car make it to the destination, it was I who followed-up continuously to monitor the progress of the car through multiple calls to the driver as well as the company. I would pay extra to work with a different company in the future.

Car was delivered as scheduled and in good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to transport a vehicle.

Easy and prompt. Price was competitive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ross with Auto Transport 123 told me all their drivers work for them exclusively. The driver that arrived told me he was contract and did not work for them. Ross with Auto transport told me twice that he would find out what's going on with my shipment and call me back and did not on both occasions. The driver was great but he was not affiliated with the company. I would not recommend Auto transport 1-2-3 because of the lack of concern , follow up and lies that were told to me by Ross specifically. And he's supposedly one of the owners... Go figure..
