I was highly satisfied with my car transportation and will suggest to anyone in search of recommendations. My auto was inoperative and driver was equipped with a winch to load my vehicle. It was picked up and delivered on est. dates.

My driver was great, and experienced in his job.

Worst broker company ever. DO NOT TRUST THEM. LIES AND BULLSH*T Waist my entire two weeks for doing nothing. F*** this company.

The only problem I had was the pickup time was late by 2 hours.

Had a great experience with Auto Transport 123 after going with another company that let us down!! They picked up the Jeep early and delivered on time!! Very happy!!

Besides having to consistently follow up on our scheduled pick up, the car was delivered 3 days later than scheduled.

Buyer beware! AutoTransport123 is a broker, NOT a trucking company (despite the fact that they will tell you on the phone that they are NOT a broker). They also tell you on the phone that they won't charge your credit card until after your car is delivered, but they actually charge it before you hang up! None of their sub-contractors (the actual trucking companies) trust them to pay, so you have to directly pay the truckers both at drop-off and at delivery. Meanwhile, AutoTransport123 will also charge your credit card. Because of this, I was overcharged almost $1400 and it took several weeks (and lots of phone calls) to get AutoTransport123 to refund my money. They only did so after I threatened legal action. It also took 30 days to ship my car, yet I made the drive in only 7 days (and I was sight-seeing along the way). I would strongly recommend you try to find an actual trucking company and save yourself a lot of heartache and frustration.

So bad they should be immediately shut down, check the real reviews, not the self written and paid phoney positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and avoid at alll cost. Unethical scammers who exist to take a fee for doing nothing but wasting your time and stealing your money.

They shipped my Vehicle, and i received it exactly when promised, in same conditions that it was. Highly recommended

Excellent communication. Good price quick pickup. Vehicle arrived one day earlier than promised. Continuous updates throughout process. I highly recommend this family owned company. No hidden cost or surprises!

Pick up and delivery dates were not honored . Customer service not really interested in my concerns. I was not a happy customer and will never use them again

My experience with this company was good .. My car was picked up a day early an delivered with no problems.. . I was able to pack some things in my car.. And all was safe n sound .

Auto Transport 123 was able to find a company that was able to ship my car just in time before my flight. I was happy with the pick up and drop off of my vehicle.

Driver showed up 3 hours after the time he called and said he would be there, then showed up 2 days earlier than he said and created a problem getting paid.
