I would rate services with 4 stars. The customer service representatives, courteous and helpful. Pick up of car driver did not speak English and communication was difficult, otherwise transportation of vehicle went well and very efficient. Vehicle was very dirty from hwy travels, but no faults or deficiencies noted as a result of transportation. I would use them again to transport my vehicles and recommend them to others to use as well.

Everyone is super kind and ready to help until you pay them there portion of the fees. After that you are completely on your own. Even like in my case were they did no clear transportation times and date. Then transported my vehicle to south Florida during Hurricane Irma. Then I squirted additional storage fee because we were unable to receive the vehicle upon delivery because of the devastating situation I and my family were in.

Easy as 123, would use this company again

Car arrived safely and on time. Driver was great in process. Scheduling was a challenge.

These guys delivered! Literally. Justin told me he may need a few more days to get a driver into the Houston area because of Irmas damage. I got a call once the roads opened up and the driver got my vehicle on the truck. Great professionals. They do what they say. I'll use them again.

AT123 did an excellent job of moving our car from Nevada to Kansas. The driver, Randy, was very personable and kept us notified all along the transport route, and delivered the car in excellent condition. Would highly recommend AT123 for your automotive transport needs

I called these guys on a Wednesday, told them I needed someone to pick up my car as soon as possible. I spoke with a manager Danny who wanted to charge me over a grand for an 800 dollar job because he said it was expedited, so I agreed and he told me that the car would be picked up the next day or in worse case scenario on Friday. They were horrible at communicating back to me. Danny told me that they used their own drivers to transport vehicles and it would be on something secure. My car didn't get picked up until Tuesday the next week and the guy who brought it was some guy with a pick up truck and a flatbed. When I called about possibly getting a portion of my money back since I paid for expedited services, they told me nothing could be done since I had already signed the contract. Don't let these guys lie to you and make sure you know what you're paying for.

I was told there would be gps tracking but there was none and I was told that this company didn't do bids to drivers which was a lie as well very disappointing and I will be giving reviews online so others don't get the Same experience

Absolutely horrible. Nothing but lies and very poor customer service.

The vehicle was not picked up on schedule. The vehicle was not dropped off on schedule. I used this company specifically because Ramone stated it was a four day run. He said other companies are brokers and they are a direct shipper. Clearly not truthful. Their goal is to get the contract, after that you just hope your vehicle eventually shows up.

Customer service from supervisor was really bad. They promised on the day but the car didn't come until two days later. I called to escalated and was sent to talk to supervisor whom was really rude. It was a bad experience for me

Drivers are always late and never now where they are really going . They expect you to wait around to pick up your vehicle but when it come time to deliver then act like your supposed to drop what your doing and rush to meet them . I've had better experience with golden key auto transportation or Lucky start auto transport . These guys are owner operators and the best when it comes to customer service and appreciation !!!
