Person at reception was very efficient, much faster then Avis and Europcar where we rented before. Only issue was that there was for 10 minutes after arrival no one at the recrption.

Excellent, professional and second to none service
We have been using Autovia for the past couple of years every time we travel to Ancona and Elena at the desk at Falconara Airport has always been extremely helpful and delightful to deal with.
The friendly and very professional service (always with a smile) is second to none.
