It wasn’t the 1st time that i hired from autovia but was the 1st time that the car & its condition was as expected towards a hired car. The only i need to add is that you guys need to check for the windscreen wash water level, 5 out 5 were empty! The rest on this time was great !

It would be nice actually get the car you ordered, the car was ok but not particularly clean, staff where pleasant enough.

Carmen was a great lady to organise our 2 cars with such a friendly and efficient manner, especially as it was late and she had been there since 7am. She is a real asset to the company.
Very straightforward paperwork, prices good, and cars good too.
Only 5 min walk to car park 6 to sort.

Excellent experience, fast processing at pick up and dropping off the car, the staff were professional and very helpful. Very fast in unlocking the reserved deposit (less than 3 hours after returning the car)
I will recommend Autovia for everyone.

I have had mixed experiences of car rental companies in Italy but my recent experience of Auto Via at Rome Ciampino Airport was excellent.
Given a good car (a free upgrade), a smooth efficient check out and check in process by Susanna who was friendly, courteous and professional throughout.
I will use Autovia at Ciampino again !

Helpful and friendly staff. Smooth collection, rapid and efficient. Same experience with returns.
Decent car, clean and in good condition. Any bumps or scratches cleary noted on paperwork.
5th time of using Auto/ Eco via. No bad experience as yet.

The instructions given for pickup was spot on. But the drop off location in Naples wasn't very clear. They can further elaborate where the venue is as in Naples, the address led to a parallel road of the car park where the rent a car companies returns are present. So it took atleast half an hour to find the company van which is supposed to be the Autovia Mobile Office. It would be great if that is clear in the instruction leaflet

The young lady that greeted us on Saturday 17th May was very polite, accommodating and patient. The vehicle was what we expected however it did have quite a bit of minor damage which had us worrying about when we returned it. Our worrying though was unfounded as the damage had been properly recorded. We hope to use you again in the future.

I had a very good experience and service

In general, almost everything was good. Almost...
The security deposit neeeds to be made by credit card. If you do it by debit card, they make you buy additional very expensive insurance (250 EUR / 7 days). They claim it is due to security reasons. I told them they can block double or triple security deposit if necessary, but of course, it is not about security. They want to rip you off.
I said ok, let's make security deposit with my wife's credit card, but again the answer was negative. The card needs to be exactly of the person who is renting the car.
So be careful if you want to avoid additional costs.

We had to pay an additional £250 because we arrived/paid with debit card and not a credit card. Never had this problem before and it is a sly practice. Won't be using this sly company again. Hidden charges are common it seems.

Wouldn't have minded if it was extra on top of the deposit which we could get back, but another £588 deposit was charged too. £250 we won't see again, great start to the holiday.

When we collected the car the fuel tank was half full, so we returned it half full. They have since charged us €44 for not returning the tank full. Luckily I took a picture of the fuel level on collection so we are disputing this, but another devious move from these crooks. Disgraceful company, run by chancers.
