Unfair damage debit with proof given in the contrary
Rented a car by late October.
Returned the car as it was given to me only to find out the company charged me 85,24€ for a scratch that was already there when I picked it up.
Sent them a proof-video from when I picked the car up where this scratch is visible to what the company responded "that's a reflection in the video" - even though I walk around the car and this scratch stays still.
Furthermore, the report damage stated there was already a damage in this location, to what the company responded "that's another damage" and proceeded to take a photo of another scratch in the car.
Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this car rental.
Companhia de aluguer fraudulenta. Aluguei um veículo com eles, debitaram-me a reparação de um risco no carro que já lá estava quando o levantei. Enviei um vídeo onde está claro que o risco já lá estava quando o levantei e gozam "isso é um reflexo no vídeo" embora coincida com o risco de que me acusam e embora no relatório de danos prévios já estivesse marcado neste sítio um dano.
Faça-se um favor - não alugue com este pessoal. Pague mais 10€ e alugue na do lado. Leia as reviews.

I did rent a car for 9 days in Rome…
I did rent a car for 9 days in Rome Italy. I paid a full insurance with a DEBIT CARD. Everything about the car was good. 2 months after renting the car they charged me 300,00 euros on my DEBIT CARD without notice for fines administration fees because I entered archeological protected space!!! This was not about the fines that I will pay to the police but to the Autovia for administration
