Autumna listened to my mother’s needs…
Autumna listened to my mother’s needs and provided me with a comprehensive list and when the parameters changed another list was sent. They regularly checked to make sure the places I had enquired about had got back to me. I have been able to find an excellent placement for my mother. Thank you Autumna.

I contacted Autumna after seeing them on line when I looked up cares as I'm not happy with the ones social services have given me they responded quickly to my request for information asked all the right questions with no pressure for an answer and the reviews are good too

I filled in Autumna's enquiry form on line and got a response within minutes. They provided a list of six care homes in our area. I contacted two, one was full and was for dementia patients only but the other had a vacancy and we arranged a visit.
