I was helping a friend find the right sort of supported living for her. The MacArthy stone resales was the one we choose and made an offer in Ipswich . Although the costs on supported living may seem high to some the value for money for supported independent living opposed to the care home fees makes it affordable.lots of good information on the website and help if you need it

Finding a care home
My family suddenly had to both try and deal with the ways of the NHS and then find an appropriate care home. I was grateful that Autumna provided a very simple way of generating appropriate homes in the local area. The follow up emails are also appropriate.

A useful service when trying to choose care.
Their forms were clear and easy to complete. They asked sensible questions about the type of help I needed and what I could afford to pay. They asked relevant questions about my home situation without being intrusive or personal.
The shortlist was about the right length, not overwhelming however, some of the businesses did not provide care in my area, or did not provide all the services I needed.
It was good to get follow up contact.
