Avail Mortgage Brokers and particularly Holly were amazing from start to finish! Holly called me the same day I made the initial enquiry which was originally just for a re-mortgage (our low rate was due to end) but also managed to bag us amazing deals on home and life cover too! She made the process so simple and straightforward, was always available, is a fountain of knowledge and such a lovely girl, I highly recommend her!

Dec was so helpful throughout the process! Nothing was too much to ask, always at the other end of the phone to answer all my questions. Couldn’t recommend enough! Made our life very easy 🙂

Dec McGivern's service was impeccable from start to finish. It's clear Dec is clearly very passionate about what he does and will go above and beyond to help his clients get the best available deal. He's a pleasure to deal with and is extremely personable.

Dec would make himself available at evenings and weekends to suit our work patterns and never once left us waiting - as soon as information was passed to him, he would call us straight away to update us.

Dec also gave very informative and clear advice on the importance of life / critical illness insurance - something which I had not even considered prior to Dec's involvement. Dec sorted cover for us in a complete hassle free way.

Dec has been fantastic from start to finish, he gave me great advice on which mortgage would work best for me to get the most out of my offer. When a better mortgage became available he offered me the chance to change and gave me best advice.
He would constantly update me with any changes and on how things were progressing. If I had any questions I'd ring and he'd answer or get back to me at the next opportunity.
