Holly has been our absolute rock purchasing our second property and we literally could not have done it without her.

After a previous advisor mentioned that with the mortgage rates/deposits changes last year meant that they weren't able to find us any offers, Holly soon found this not to be the case and presented us with multiple options outlining the benefits of each with the varying rates. I am very impressed with Declan McGivern at Avail Mortgage Brokers Ltd. I had been given bad advice by another broker before my Accountant suggested I should speak with Dec which I did. In the event I wish I had used him from
the start! He dealt with what turned out to be quite a tricky refinancing of a Buy to Let flat on a lease. He is solution orientated and pro- active. Also, and importantly, he made a point of talking through everything step by step which helped calm my nerves as a first time landlord. Naomi has been an absolute legend! I had no idea of what I'm doing and she has been there to help us anyway she possibly can. And when Naomi wasn't working others picked up and helped. Amazing, dedicated company.

Dec really went out of his way to keep us up to date and help us through some difficult transactions. The whole process was totally new to us and we never felt stupid or undermined for asking questions. Could not recommend him enough and even managed to have a few laughs along the way.
