First time buyer. Before I started this process of buying a house I was told how stressful it would be if I didn't choose the right mortgage advisors I think I landed on gold dust with Avail team has been absolutely superb in everything .professionalism, timing and communication throughout the process. I'd like to thank Jamie,Nicole and the rest of the team making easy and quick. I would highly recommend them anyone that's what I buy property 5-stars is not enough!!!

Dec helped us with our remortgage and made it a painless experience.
Everything was done over the phone and email which suited us as we are both self-employed and find it hard to take time out for meetings. He was always really quick to respond to any queries we had, even out of hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dec at Avail Mortgage Brokers was recommended to us by a friend. We have had issues previously from other lenders with regards to getting funding for mortgages, especially for BTL mortgages. Dec understood exactly what we required and provided very competitive quotes from a lender within a day. There is no doubt we will be using the company for all our mortgages going forward.

I have recieved top service from avail mortgage brokers. From start to finish they have communicated with me, keeping me updated with new information as they had it. I was happy how professional they have been and looked after me. I understand they was very protective with the data they recieved about me and continued that high standard of service through out. It may have taken longer than expected with one thing and another but it was no fault of theirs. They really are the brokers to get your support from.
