Mandy was amazing, really helpful and always willing to answer any questions, in fact the whole team at Avail were brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

Having been reassured by the two people I dealt with that I would obtain a mortgage this never happened, I was told that I would qualify for the mortgage so consequently I was asked to pay the fee having paid this fee I was then passed on to the next stage and had to pay a further fee, this is all well and good I accepted this and was happy to pay but then I heard nothing for weeks and weeks and weeks and unfortunately lost out on the purchase of my home and now I have to move out and the only explanation I’ve been given is these things take time 14 weeks to achieve a yes or no on a mortgage I think is more than reasonable. Very disappointed and certainly won’t be recommending coming back for another mortgage application.

Mandy is by far worth her weight in gold, nothing is too much trouble and everything is answered and explained clearly and promptly.
I would have no issues recommending Avail but more importantly recommending Mandy as your broker.

We were recommended to try using Avail after the broker advised by the house builder really let us down to the point where we nearly lost the house, which was a new build.
