Took out the insurance early Feb before…
Took out the insurance early Feb before the issues in the Middle East.
Informed that my cover is completely invalidated if transiting via the Middle East.
Initial I was offered zero refund however they then offered my a third of my premium back.
I suspect they are profiteering for the situation in the Middle East.
Would never even consider using them in the future.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with us. currently there is no cover at all for issues regarding the conflict. However, we are in continuous talks with our underwriters as the situations change.
Please be assured we are not profiteering due to the Middle East situation, everything is in the terms and conditions you agreed to at the point of sale. Currently we have gone above and beyond these by refunding you a pro rata refund.
